Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! We can't wait to come back, thanks so much Grace

We had a lovely stay at Dolores's Cottage No. 1. We were made to feel right at home by Dolores who showed us how everything worked & gave great recommendations for places to eat/visit. She is a fabulous host - so friendly, responsive and kind. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is an excellent addition too - it is huge and very well maintained. The playground is another big plus & was a big hit with our 2 year old. Location wise - there are multiple beaches a short drive away & it's only a few minutes drive to the local Lidl and nearby restaurants in Milford.

Visited here for 5 days and it was a great experience. The place was clean, plenty of room for 4 people and kitted out with all of the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is excellent with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops, within walking distance. Tricia was attentive and was very good at communicating with us throughout our stay and even dropped in some cupcakes for us. Will heavily consider coming back here when we next visit Ireland.

A lovely stay in Mairead and Hugh’s beautiful cottage! The house is utterly gorgeous – comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely, cosy, rustic vibe. The interior decor is stunning with lots of thoughtful touches like the giant claw foot bathtub and the big fluffy pillows. The view from the garden is phenomenal and we spent a lovely evening in the hot tub watching the sun go down! Mairead and Hugh were the perfect hosts – helpful when we needed them but never invasive, and the homemade wheaten bread and jam that was waiting for us was a lovely welcoming touch! All in all a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back some time.

The place really worth the money. Nice surroundings, half an hour to the beach. Jacuzzi is a bonus! The host very nice and helpful. Really would recommended this place.10 out of 10😊

Gemmas place is a real home away from home for us. The house warm comfortable and welcoming if you want a lazy day or only a short walk to the town or drive to beautiful places in wonderful Donegal. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Just back from a relaxing break and highly recommend this beautiful place. Noreen and Rory were lovely, down to earth people and i even got to cuddle Rory,s brother,s pet lamb! Our dogs had a blast too with a huge front garden and nearby forest walks and beaches. Will be back for sure. Thanks Noreen, Rory and Bruno their lovely sheepdog!

A house with a lot of space. 2 sitting rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one ensuite & a toilet off the utility room. Full kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher There was 6 adults, 2 kids & 3 dogs at one point during our stay as some more family joined us & it never felt cramped once Its private & peaceful as it sits in the middle of fields, the views down to the bay are just stunning. Short drive to local shops & the beach. House was very clean & Martin met us on arrival to show us round & explain the heating etc We actually booked another stay before we left as we enjoyed ourselves so much & hoping for warmer weather to sit outside and enjoy the views & not just look out though the windows

We had a wonderful few days at David and Barbara’s. The surrounding area is stunning. We could walk to the beach and the view of the harbour from the house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of space. We lit the stove in the sitting room at night, which was lovely on chilly October nights. We easily accessed activities for the family in the surrounding area. It’s a very nice spot in a beautiful area.

A fantastic stay at Rosies Cottage for my whole family & our dog. We felt instantly at home & the cottage was super clean & so homely. Made even better by wonderful hosts always happy to help with any local information etc. Close to some beautiful attractions without feeling to touristy. Would definitely recommend & we will mostly certainly go back again.

We had a lovely family stay at Alistair and Jill’s place. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The views were gorgeous and we felt right at home. The path to the beach was so exciting for our little girl and she loved the little toy room too. The house had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. We can’t wait to return! Thank you both!

Ursula was very kind and understanding of our needs. Our son has special needs so she was very considerate and wanted to make sure he was settled and comfortable in his surroundings. She was a great host and the house was beautiful and so homely. We loved the surroundings, beautiful scenery and a great sized garden with trees, wild flowers and lots of birds singing happily. It made for a lovely, memorable few nights away and our little boy hadn't stopped talking about his trip to Dunfanaghy (Hornhead). I'd highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Jeff’s place. Despite the rain we enjoyed the warm and perfectly set up house. It had everything we needed and was cosy. The house was walkable distance from Dunfanaghy which was lovely - we enjoyed a few drinks in one of the many local bars one evening. Loads to see and do, great location to explore beautiful Donegal.

This former cottage schoolhouse tucked into the mountain with a jaw dropping view of Horn Head and the Atlantic Ocean made us feel like Celtic royalty from days of yore! Completely private, cozy and warm, fire place and central heat, nice hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Lots of towels provided and room enough for all. Close to shopping towns of killybegs, Carrick and Ardara and a stone’s throw from Slieve League. Donegal and Glenvea Park make a great day trip! Sheep and a beautiful beach at your feet, too! I could live here in this house forever!

We had a great stay at Helen’s accommodation, my 3 girls and me had plenty of room in the home with a large enough garden to play outside whilst I got ready for our daily adventures. Loads of places to go for nice walks all within very short distance and the large city of Derry was only 40 minutes away for the spectacular Halloween event. My kids loved staying at this warm and cosy home, they slept well and just loved the idea that it was so quiet and peaceful. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks Helen for your warm welcome and hopefully we will see you soon.

We had a lovely time at Harben cottage. It’s very comfy inside and beautiful views outside. Great area for hiking and the town was just a short and pretty walk away. Would very much recommend staying here!

Fantastic location within walking distance of Letterkenny’s Main Street- in a quiet lane, no trouble at all with parking, in fact great parking spots always available right outside the townhouse during our stay. David was an incredibly generous host providing cereals for breakfast and treats for our stay. Information about the property was also sent ahead of the stay with clear instructions included. And a minor issue was fixed asap, communication was really responsive! Highly recommend.

Place exactly as described. Really unique, perfect location for Slieve League and The Rusty Mackrel. Fireplace was great !!
