New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

Charming South Austin Retreat

For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

It is free standing studio (no shared walls), boasting a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, a full (nicely updated!) bathroom, and your own private front door entry with a keypad. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

Hill Country Dream Cottage

8 miles east of Dripping Springs and 8 miles from SW Austin. The newly remodeled cottage has its own private entrance/deck, living room, 2 baths (1 with jacuzzi tub), a bedroom with queen size bed, and a smaller bed room w/full bed, plus a well stocked kitchenette. It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). If waking to the sites and sounds of the country is for you, then this hill country cottage is the perfect start to a hill country adventure

Chore-Free, Private Guest Suite

This is a completely private guest suite with living room/office, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are no shared spaces at all, so you can enjoy your privacy! Charming tiny house in the heart of the vibrant South Austin scene. Nestled upon South Austin property in one of Austin's most unique neighborhoods. *Just re-opened!* We closed down while remodeling our main house due to construction materials and construction traffic in our driveway. Before reopening we have updated the tiny home with anew Dreamcloud Premier queen mattress, refreshed paint, and deep cleaned the ac unit.

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
