Como: aluguel por temporada em lofts

Wir haben uns in dem Loft von Federico sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir wurden mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist mit Zug und Bus gut zu erreichen, wenn man sich darauf einstellt, dass es ein wenig Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert. Vielen Dank für die schöne zeit.

Paola nous a réservé un très bon accueil avec de belles attentions. Loft très bien pensé et bien décoré, tout est conforme aux photos. Cependant je ne le recommanderais pas à une famille avec petits enfants à cause de la mezzanine et de son escalier. Nombreux commerces et grandes surfaces à proximité.

Cozy mezzanine studio down the street from Bosco Verticale and within minutes from the metro station Gioia. Eclectic furniture gives the apartment character and charm. Paolo is very friendly and responsive. Even though the apartment is at street level, we stayed during the week and didn’t find the street noisy in the evening. That said, ear plugs are recommended if you want to sleep in, the mornings can be busy. It‘s a very convenient location near Isola, with many shops and restaurants. Great value for the area.

Mi sono trovata benissimo in questo appartamento! Mi sono sentita davvero a casa. I proprietari sono meravigliosi, gentili e sempre disponibili. La posizione è ottima: ci sono un supermercato e una fermata della metropolitana a pochi passi. Quando tornerò a Milano, sceglierò sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur Wow! Einen alten Keller fürs trocknen von Fleisch als Wohnung her zu richten auf die Idee muss man erst kommen. Ich liebe diesen Stil! Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das kleine Dorf läd für einen kleinen Spaziergang ein und ist eine kurze Fahrt entfernt von Bergamo. Ich komme gern wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuele’s! The view and apartment were beyond expectations - words cannot do justice to the scenery! We timed our arrival with the bus and headed to bar Milano for some stunning views of the lake, pizza and wine! We found Perledo and the walk up from Varenna to be fine - in fact we were glad we didn’t stay on the busy and touristy lakeside! We are two active 24 year olds, and did the walk up 3 times, twice following the footpaths up and the last one walking via the castle. It took 15/20 mins to go down, it is steep so wear trainers (I took my sandals to change into for the ferry days!) and maybe 30 mins to walk back up (again we did it in 20 after visiting varenna one eve). If you’re up for a walk, definitely check out the Sentiero del Viandante walk to Bellano! What a great few days :)

Stefania was a lovely host - especially for us when it was our first time overseas. She waited for us at the BNB to check us in and show us a few things which was lovely and comforting. The security of the place is really good (multi bolt door and garage door that covers entire place at night which was cool! An added bonus if you are more of an anxious person like me). It was a great, nicely styled place. Everything easy to access, washing machine also which was handy. Beds were comfortable. Also had some tasty treats available which was nice. Good walking distance to everything. A few corner stores around which is good. All in all a great stay with a great host.

What a lovely apartment, we really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is perfect with cozy restaurants, bars, bakeries and gelaterias. It’s close to the old city (Citta Alta) and the city center. The balcony was 10/10 as well, with a beautiful view to enjoy both morning and evening. We highly recommend this living 😊

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! Alessio was a fantastic host. Clear instructions and ready to help during Check-in and Check-out. Super friendly with tons of recommendations and always just a message away to help with anything around the house. We loved our stay at Alessio’s property, it had everything we needed and was walking distance to the metro line that takes you straight into the heart of Milan. Top host and a great place, highly recommended!!

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in totale relax. Siamo stati molto bene e anche il nostro cagnolino è stato a suo agio. Un angolo di paradiso dentro la metropoli. La cucina era super attrezzata, con tanti prodotti a nostra disposizione, anche per prepararci qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Francesca, sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche le bibite in frigo, il gelato e il vino in cantinetta. Biancheria profumatissima. Doccia emozionale. Prodotti per l'igiene ottimi. È stato il tocco per rendere indimenticabili ii giorni a Milano, in occasione della laurea di nostra figlia. Peccato per l'idromassaggio, non utilizzabile, ma eravamo già informati, perché scritto sul sito.
