Great location. Easy access for all guests on reservation - code that enters building, elevator and apartment. Good amenities, went to gym and very good size. Front door workers were very welcoming. Clean spot, safe location. We walked nightly to restaurants in the area as well as baseball stadium.

Lovely place to stay in Crested Butte South, everyone loved it even our dogs.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Jesse was a wonderful host, and the condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. The facility was also great, the gym had more than enough equipment to get a full workout in. Not only that, the location is amazing. Right next to shopping, dining, and the slopes. We had a great time.

Chic little studio on the edge of town - extremely comfortable, lovely little extras, bright and walkable to everything.

The Airbnb was fantastic for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and the chairs in the back yard were perfect for soaking up the sunshine! The decor is so cute, too!

This what my first time booking an airbnb, but after having a first experience like this I will definitely be doing it again. The house itself was very clean and the kitchen came with everything you could need. The host Sam is awesome and is quick to respond with any questions you have. 5/5

Incredible Stay at Kathy’s Place in Colorado Springs! Staying at Kathy’s home in Colorado Springs was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The space was spacious, spotless, cozy, and beautifully put together — it had everything we needed and more. The movie theater room was such a special touch. Whether you're visiting for work or just to explore the area, this place is a perfect home base. The location couldn’t be better — super central, with easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone on Airbnb looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed home. It was truly an incredible experience, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is truly special. It is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to town for anything we needed. My family especially appreciated the cozy living space and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook and spend quality time together. The outdoor space was also a highlight with an amazing view of Mt. Sopris. We loved sitting outside in the fresh mountain air, taking in the views and enjoying the solitude. David was a responsive and thoughtful host, and everything about the experience felt smooth and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Chris and Kate were great! They were extremely flexible and accommodating to our last minute booking. They stocked snacks and kcups which was a nice treat! The beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were great and the house is decorated really cute and felt homey. There is a cute park within walking distance that we took advantage of with our 18 mo and dog and Old Town Arvada is a short drive away where we had a few great meals! There are a few unfinished areas as other reviews mentioned but they didn’t affect us as all!

Came here with 10 other people for a birthday weekend. House was clean, spacious, modern, and well organized. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, and spices. Bedrooms were all spotless, linens were clean and comfy. Bathrooms all clean, we were well stocked with towels. We had more than enough space for everyone to get together or spread out across the house. The game room was a hit as well as the outdoor seating area. We appreciated the Alexa’s around the house so we could listen to different music. Grill was clean, included everything you needed to cook. We had a great weekend, this house was very homey and comfortable. Again, very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We made a huge breakfast bar and had a carne asada cookout. Felt like we were right at home!

I had a wonderful time staying at Jeff's house! As a group of 11, we really enjoyed the comfy couch for everyone to hang out on, and the kitchen had all of the cookware and appliances we needes. The outdoors fire pit area was great for morning coffee and breakfast. The overall house was comfortable with fun decor. It was easy to get to Denver for all of the plans we had, it felt like nothing took more than 15 minutes to get into the city. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and big TV!

The unit was great. It is definitely one of the premier units at One Ski Hill Place in terms of the view of the hill that is afforded by the unit. It is uniquely positioned in a corner of the building that allows you to see multiple different directions from the living room. The unit is in great shape, everything was clean, and getting into our room was pain free thanks to very clear and detailed directions from Scott. On site underground parking is also highly available with lots of spots and easy to access via an automatic garage door activated with your key card. If you are driving in via your own vehicle, it's a huge feature particularly at a major ski resort where parking can sometimes be a chore. Here, we were able to park in the garage and take an elevator directly up to our floor making coming and going a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if there was availability on our next trip.

Great location, base of peak 8, ski in/ski out. Gondola is right next to the building if you want to get into town. However, it does not run all day. Dining on site, friendly staff. Other dining options available in neighboring buildings. Have staff on site to valet skis free of charge. Quiet and comfy, would recommend for your next stop in Breck.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. The host was very attentive and welcoming, even leaving us some thoughtful treats, which was a lovely surprise. The place was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price.

Myself and my two kids as well as my sister and her daughter all loved the place. The location is great. Very easy to walk downtown and access all of the restaurants and shops. We utilized the nearby grocery store for small things or drive to the larger supermarket by the gondola lot for other items. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and there were even some spices and condiments in the fridge. We bought our own coffee on our way into town but the unit has Kirkland grounds which was great for the drip or for the K cup filter provided. Filtered water in the sink but we also brought a five gallon jug of water and put in the fridge. Spacious storage in the bedrooms kept our mess to a minimum. Lovely building and great spot!

Late ski season so had Breckenridge to ourselves. Although our ski in-ski out location didn’t pan out due to lift closure, location was still perfection—convenient walking distance to all things Breckenridge. Unit was one of the best equipped (kitchen, firewood & daily towel service) that I’ve utilized via Airbnb! View was spectacular. Thank you Jeremy for offering this property!

Perfection! Joyce was very responsive and informative before arriving. Upon arrival we were a little early getting to the area and were given access to the condo. The garage parking space was right up front and convenient. Condo is on the top floor and has a cute bench area right outside the door to remove ski boots and gear. The condo is immaculately clean! Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen and living room area was perfect for the 4 of us. Every room has a flat screen tv (smart tvs). We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances are new and there were ample dishes and glassware. Never had a need to use the fire place as it was very warm inside. Towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided for us to use. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after skiing all day. We opted to walk to ski instead of using the shuttle. Easily walkable to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!

Our Stay at Sunny side Flats #3 was incredible. Modern amenities. Comfortable beds, furniture. The infrared Grill and kitchen were great to use for making meals. Location worked well for us. And what we wanted to do. The Garage was perfect for our needs. It was nice having a secure place to keep our vehicle. Keith and his team are wonderful. He checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed. He was quickly responsive if we had questions, or requests. We really had a wonderful time. And would be glad to stay at this location again when we ski Winter Park.
