Very new and clean home. Perfect layout for 6 people, 3 couples. Everyone had privacy, their own bath and bedroom and great open kitchen and living area. It’s a new neighborhood with perfectly manicured lawns and location was ideal. Quiet and a quick drive to College Station. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the house was unfortunate due to it being next to a popular road where everyone has loud cars with loud music. One of the TVs in the bedroom doesn’t work but that was fine. Everything else was great. One of the only airbnbs I’ve been in where the beds were actually quality with duvets as the comforter! Also has fun games to play including Ping Pong in the garage. Great location in regards to everything there is to do in college station

This place was perfect for our stay in College Station. It was convenient to our activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed having a separate bathroom for e ach bedroom. Everything was as described, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location, easy access to everything we needed around town. Plenty of parking, spacious house to fit us all comfortably.

This place was well worth the price. At first when I pulled up I was worried there neighbors might be partying college students but it was a very peaceful stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed for this stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hangout area with the fireplace—it was so relaxing to sit by and unwind. The place was also very spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone and two bathrooms, which made everything convenient. The instructions provided on the whiteboard were clear and helpful, and we really appreciated that each room had a sticker with the WiFi username and password—such a thoughtful touch that made connecting our devices super easy! Parking was also a breeze, with a wide space that easily accommodated our vehicles. Plus, Nicole was very responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This spot is the perfect little country get away. Nothing fancy, but clean, functional, with plenty of outdoor space. Gloria is a thoughtful host who doesn't ask for much out her guests beyond respect. Happy to find a property that was exactly as described, without lots of rules and involved check-in/check-out procedures. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics needed for a wonderful weekend.

We had the best time! Monica was so very kind and her home was beautiful! She thought of all the little details that really made our stay wonderful…from the welcome basket of goodies to the bottle of wine, in addition to the extras that were available she made sure our stay is one we will remember. The Aggie decor was amazing and we felt right at home. We will be back and her place is our new favorite! ❤️ Thank you Monica. Gig ‘em!

Quiet, comfortable & convenient. Sweet & friendly dogs were a plus. No better place to watch thunderstorms then the peace & quiet of being outside. Jodie was very accommodating to our late arrivals. Thank you again

Great place to stay at College Station, particularly so when compared to local hotels

This place was great! It was my first time coming back to college station after graduating a bit under a year ago, and Allison’s place was a great stay for this trip. The place is beautiful, and clean.

This place was great for our busy weekend in CStat! We had the privilege of meeting Margaret and her husband who were so nice and super accommodating! They even gave us a tour of their chicken coop! We enjoyed the pets who came to visit and the ability to grill and have our daughter over for dinner.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described and felt at home. The hosts were quick to respond and very attentive. I would certainly stay here again or at any of their other properties!

This Airbnb is probably the best one we’ve ever stayed at as far as the layout of the house, cleanliness, organization, etc. She had thought of everything. There were plenty of towels and necessities in the bathroom to last the weekend. We cooked all of our meals there and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Lots of games and puzzles which we took full advantage. She had drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. WiFi was great. The location is south of campus and about 10 min from Kyle Field. It’s close but far enough that you don’t have to deal with traffic until you get close to campus. This time we were there for Ring Day but we will be staying here again as our fourth Aggie is Class of ‘29.

Aileen was very responsive and our stay at her place was very pleasant. The directions to get there and to enter were clear, so we had no problems on arrival. It was clean, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked Keurig cups so we didn’t have to worry about where we would get our morning coffee :) It was in a convenient location, close to campus. We would stay here again if available for our next visit.

We stayed while visiting our daughter at Texas A&M. The location was convenient to the university, and allowed us plenty of local options for food and drink. The home was spacious and allowed us to relax and spend quality family time together. The host’s were very gracious and provided lots of little extra amenities to make the stay more than comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!!

Chris was a great host. He commumicated often and was responsive to questions.

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

It was a very nice experience! My first time at an Airbnb. I’ve always been hesitant to use one because I’m so accustomed to hotels. I had a lot of what if’s. But the neighborhood was safe and in a very good location. I have a family of five and with hotels, we sometimes book two rooms so the 3 bedroom townhome fit us perfectly.

If you are looking for a super updated place with lots of amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a clean space in a super convenient location with a very responsive host then this place is great!
