A quiet idyllic setting, 5 mins drive to Cranbrook station, Exeter airport & main arterial road links (M5/A30/A38). Exeter Cathedral is 20 mins & Dartmoor & the Jurassic Coast under 30.

The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Enjoy the quiet in our light and airy newly refurbished space just outside this popular Exe Valley village. There are two friendly village pubs within a short walk, an excellent farm shop & cafe and post office. A 15-20minute drive from Exeter's city centre, Tiverton and Crediton and 45 minutes to Exmoor and Dartmoorand nearest beaches. Varied and picturesque walking routes are close by. We apologise, the property is not currently accepting pets. The property is a non- smoking space.
