Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Small loft perfect for children to hang out. Parking available for 4 vehicles. Home is on well water; would suggest bringing drinking water. *2 kayaks available for rent*

Enjoy two restaurants, a seasonal pool accessible Mon-Thurs, and two 18-hole golf courses. Home is well stocked with all essentials and has gigabit internet. *Please note, Treasure Lake just finished a dredging project. Guests will be able to access Bimini Beach Mon-Thurs while Treasure Lake refills.

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

River View Getaway

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

Clarion River Timberframe Cabin

The cabin is located on 650 acres of privately owned forest accessing the Clarion River and the North Country Hiking Trail, minutes from downtown, Clarion. Take a few steps out the door and trek the North Country Trail along gentle pathways or exert a little more energy to see the Scenic Loops. Next, cool down on your dock on the Clarion River Lake. Swim, fish ,kayak, boat or just relax in the sun. Finish the day dining on he River Overlook deck, the campfire, or a fine local restaurant.

Hideaway Haven Farm Cottage

This cottage has all you could dream about for relaxation. Meet the highland cows & other farm animals, A Hot Tub, Large Pond, feed the fish, Trails to walk, Private places to sit and enjoy. A canoe and life jackets are available. If you like to swim with the fish you are welcome. Please note that our property is an adult-only retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay, and we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 21.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just off the beaten path, with abundance of nature all around. Located next to Allegheny National Forest with over 500,000 acres to explore. The Clarion river (river of the year in 2019) is just down the road. Wether hiking, biking, atv trail riding, snowmobiling, kayaking, fishing or simply sight seeing. There is plenty to see and do! The cabin has a fully functional kitchen, central air/heat,dishwasher and microwave.

There's a hot tub to relax in after biking (Rails to Trails bike trail), kayaking (2 available), hiking, fishing, playing (playground in the yard), shooting (.22 range in the back yard), or swimming (in the river or local waterfall) all day. Great for families or friend getaways. A home away from home, everything you need, and more for an escape to the woods.
