Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.

Swim, fish ,kayak, boat or just relax in the sun. Finish the day dining on he River Overlook deck, the campfire, or a fine local restaurant.

Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.
