Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Family and pet-friendly with gentle slope to the water. Old Southern Lake House sleeps 10 in our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home. 3 king beds and 4 twin beds. The 2-acre property allows plenty of room for hammocks to be hung in trees, yard games, and socializing on the back porch or down by the boat dock. Cedar Grove Marina is across the cove and allows for ease of launching watercraft, refueling, and boat rentals. Bubba Brews and Beach Island Resort & Marina is less than 3 miles away.

There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

This relaxing lakefront home is located in a quiet cove on Norris Lake and features a Private dock, movie theater, game table and retro gaming system with over 600 games. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, two gathering spaces, three large, covered decks, a large fire pit, and a driveway with enough room for your vehicles or trailer. Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. The dock sits in a large peaceful cove off the main channel of Norris Lake.
