The Annex is adjacent to our Studio Barn, which is occasionally used as a rehearsal and performance space. I'd say the space is most suitable for a single person, either visiting the area or relatives, for someone who goes out to work regularly, or f.e.looking for a more permanent accommodation in the area... (previous experiences) With it's own bathroom and kitchen it is entirely independant, just the entrance is shared with the actual barn. Work desk and television can be fitted on demand.

This place is ideal for a romantic getaway, if you want to chill, or a base for exploring the rest of Essex. On site there is a swimming pool and entertainment (available via a local charge). We as hosts will always be on site or close at hand for that personal touch. Towels and bed linen provided.

Sitting in 10 acers of private grounds, Sprotts Farm is the perfect countryside getaway. The Stables is a beautifully converted barn that was completely updated in 2020. This cosy cottage sleeps four guests in a double room with a WC and a twin room. The Stables boast a large walk in shower. Looking forward to meeting you! PS: we have a pond in the main garden and our chickens are free range and wonder freely around the gardens.
