Città Studi, Milão: aluguéis por temporada com café da manhã

Modern, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay here. Check in was easy and friendly. The home is spacious and having 2 modern bathrooms was great. Good water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking, both in the lot next store and on the street. We didn't cook, but if we had, the kitchen had everything needed including cooking basics . The water and juice in the refrigerator were a wonderful treat as we arrived on a hot day! As far as location, it was a bit farther from the places I wanted to visit because I had not taken Milano traffic into consideration, but we liked the area. Center of town a 5 minute walk away and very pretty. A bar/pasticceria where we had breakfast each day on the same street. Alfa Romeo Museum 5 minute drive. To get to Milano we went to Mulino Dorino to take subway because parking was very inexpensive there. Overall, would definitely recommend this home.

Hanno soggiornato presso l'appartamento dei miei colleghi che lavoravano in zona. L'appartamento era come in foto, pulito. E' stato facile parlare con i proprietari che si sono dimostrati da subito gentili e disponibili

Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Noci war freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Gerne wieder Mailand sowie der Como See sind sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen

La casetta è molto carina a due passi dalla stazione in un piccolo recinto condominiale molto tranquillo. Posta su due livelli,gli spazi sono stati organizzati e ben divisi. Mauro è stato gentilissimo ed è anche stato disponibile ad organizzarsi in base ad i nostri orari di check in.

Camela’s place was soooo good. Very responsive host, very clean, very homey, AC worked also hearing if you ever need it. All the amenities listed were all there! The location was beautiful stones throw away from the Navigli restaurants and culture, next to the river, also approximately 20 mins walk away from the city centre so not too far. The place was also in a gated area so you know that you’re safe and minimal noise pollution. Would recommend and definitely book it again if i ever visit Milan again.

In a word, magical. I was in this Navigli district home for a month and thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience this lively area. Nowhere coffee, the markets, nightlife, Tenoha, all super close and it felt like the rest of the city was a 30min walk or short subway ride away. The home is spacious, sunlit through large windows, and stylish in a way that makes you feel like an artist living the studio life. 10/10 would return!

I was incredibly happy with my stay at Marco's. The photos don't do the place justice! The apartment is very spacious and bright, and has all the amenities anyone would need. Marco is lovely and very friendly, he even met me at the bus stop to show me how to get to the apartment and explained everything in great detail! He was very easy to communicate with Marco and he was very attentive and helpful. This is what Airbnb used to be like before corporate mass unit letting took over the platform where you find yourself in what are essentially hotel rooms with no connection to the owner. I am happy I found Marco's place and will definitely be staying there anytime I find myself in Milan!

Très bon séjour à Milan en commençant par un accueil chaleureux par Vittoria qui nous a donné de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter ou des restaurants à ne pas manquer pour profiter de la gastronomie milanaise. Appartement très bien situé, très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien. Près d'une ligne du métro (situé à 3 minutes à pieds) qui nous a permis de rejoindre le centre de Milan en un rien de temps. Séjour et accueil "perfetto".

Un appartement parfait pour un séjour à Milan. Accessible en transport ou à pieds depuis le centre, le quartier est très agréable. L’appartement est très propre, optimisé et moderne. Je recommande à 100%. Je ne vois aucun point négatif.

Niccolo’s home was perfect for our brief stay in Milan. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated Niccolo allowing us to store our luggage when we arrived before check in time. He personally met us at the apartment and shared his favourite restaurants with us. I have no hesitation in recommending Niccolo’s home and would stay there again.

The studio is really really cute and cozy with all the things Diana collected around the world, we adore them so much. We had two great nights staying there. Diana is very kind and always ready for helping, we appreciate it a lot.🙏❤️The traffic around is really convinient, its easy to go metro and tram in less than 7 mins.👍

I stayed at Nicoletta's for almost two weeks right after I had surgery. I was looking for a quiet, comfortable place for my recovery and Nicoletta's place turned out to be perfect. The apartment is very well organized and with nice personal touches that makes you feel like home. The location is perfect and with a multitude of restaurants and bars walking distant. Nicoletta is an excellent host, very responsive and flexible - she even accommodated my request for an early check in. I can't thank her enough and I will definitely be back whenever I need a place to stay in Milano.

Great location, nice and clean home, very kind host quickly responding to all questions we had. The appartment is exactly as described in a nice and quiet area, very close to the city center. There are quite a lot of places around to get delicious food and enjoy your time.

2주정도의 이탈리아여행에서 마지막을 장식했던 밀라노 숙소입니다 여행 계획할때부터 이쁜 숙소사진과 좋은 후기로 제일 기대를 많이 했던 숙소인데 기대했던것만큼 좋았습니다 모든곳이 깔끔하고 조식도 항상 전날 저녁에 준비해두셨고 저희는 1층에서 Roberta는 아래층에서 주로 생활하여 더 프라이빗하게 느껴졌습니다 이 아름다운 숙소는 사진과 똑같으며 숙소에서만 있어도 너무 좋았고 떠나기 아쉬웠습니다 그리고 귀여운 마르코까지! 항상 마주칠때마다 반갑게 인사해주어 감사합니다 :) 꼭 다시 머무를 수 있으면 좋겠어요 감사합니다❤️

Cudowne miejsce, w stylu butikowym i bez dzieci. Małe miasteczko - cisza i spokój. Gospodyni bardzo opiekuńcza. Apartament duży, wspaniałe i bardzo wygodne łóżko. W apartamencie cieplutko z jedzeniem na trzy miesiące.

Abbiamo alloggiato da Elisa in occasione di un concerto al Forum Assago. La posizione dell’alloggio è super!!! 10 min di camminata e sei già al Forum! Ad accoglierci la figlia di Elisa che è stata gentilissima e disponibile!! La stanza molto confortevole e pulita!!Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti sceglierei di nuovo lei!

Nice apartment a stone throw away from Isola neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Stefania was a warm and welcoming host who made us feel at home from we arrived. She also gave lots of good recommendations for things to do in Isola and beyond.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica, vicinissimo alla fermata della metro, ed è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. Pulizia impeccabile e tutti i comfort necessari. Carlo è stato un host fantastico, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni utili. Consigliatissimo.

nous avons passé un super séjour et avons eu un accueil plus que parfait avec plein de petites attentions qui nous ont fait plaisir. Logement très agréable dans un superbe cadre. C'est très plaisant d'être reçu par l'hôte qui est très chaleureuse. Merci encore

Goed verblijf op een goede centrale locatie en het was erg schoon! Lucia reageerde snel wanneer wij contact zochten. In de toekomst zou ik dit verblijf weer kiezen.
