Great place! It's not huge, but a great value. Centrally located, quiet, has everything you'd need and a lot of options for food, shopping, groceries nearby. Recommended.

The best and sweetest stay. 6 years ago, we were the first guest and now we visit the host again, and everything is perfect like usual, we wish the best of the host and keep smiling and healthy, we will live to see you again.

Estamos muy contentos con la atención del anfitrión, nos explicó y nos ayudó al acceso del apartamento, todo muy limpio, con todos los servicios necesarios, konbini y restaurantes cerca. Nuestra estadía ha sido perfecta, totalmente recomendable!

During our long stay here, Kotobukisou was a comfortable and cozy home for us. The space is very clean and aesthetically designed! It has many amenities needed for longer stays too (cooking utensils, washer and dryer). The location has beautiful lush mountain views and a river, and is very peaceful. Even without a car, it’s easy to get around as it’s a short bus ride (10 mins) from Kumamoto Station, and has many amenities nearby (7Eleven is just next door, and there is a Coop and Aeon 15 mins walk away). Do also check out the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby! There is also an amazing Inari shrine nearby called Takahashi Inari Shrine, we highly recommend visiting it when staying so close! Awesome little spot with the best host on Airbnb. This place was the coziest spot we stayed at on our entire trip. Thank you Kasumi!

A relatively new place, the furnitures are new. A modern high tech house with central cooling/heating system. The house is spacious for a family of 6, with big TV and Netflix. There's washing machine and dryer, and also microwave. Full kitchen for us to cook. Parking is easy and spacious for our Alphard. Overall a comfortable stay.

在這個家我們覺得有很棒的入住心情與經驗！入住過程裡面一直有滿滿的協助,房子裡可以看到很用心附近的街區也都很寧靜。我覺得可以體驗很棒的日本在地生活，房子內還可以用電鍋煮飯長壽日式米飯的美味，各種煮飯用品也一應俱全，真的很適合在這個房子多待久一點。如過有機會我們會再入住！ 用心的地方很多相思家庭裡的佈置花卉的擺放還有各種地方的小巧思都考慮到居住者的體驗，真的很推薦而且就在熊本機場的旁邊，寧靜小區中

We had a lovely stay with Hiromi and Stan. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Beautiful, authentic japanese homestay. We even had a traditional tea ceremony and learned lots about Japanese culture. On top of the already great experience, a traditional Japanese breakfast was also offered which we enjoyed a lot. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kumamoto.
