I hosted Christmas with my family this weekend. We had 4 generations and family I only see once a year. This home was everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed playing downstairs (even the 50 year old kid). We enjoyed the frozen lake. It was a perfect place to send off our floating lanterns. There was plenty of space for preparing and serving a big lunch. The extra kitchen downstairs was perfect for our hot chocolate bar, drinks and treats. Our only complaint was that time moved extra fast there.

great place the only thing is that tv did not work in big bedroom but we we mostly out on the beauyifull deck i would do all over again

Wonderful place for a big family or friend gathering! Quiet, big, private and very cozy. We enjoyed the bonfire in the back yard and the big kitchen. We were also only 12mins away from the Eau Claire Children’s Museum which was super cool. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt very at home here. The home is beautiful and clean. There were 9 adults and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We loved sitting around the fire pit with a beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. Everything was nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Anna was a wonderful host. We would recommend Cozy Hideaway to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Everything you want in an AirBnb stay. Friendly responsive host, well maintained property, great local recommendations and on a beautiful lake. We can't wait to book here again!

My roommates and I were looking for a lovely, peaceful place to have our get together and this beautiful place did not disappoint. The rolling river in the back yard was our favorite place and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch, playing cards and sharing stories and watching the beautiful, lively river. It is also a wonderful place to rent for artists as there is such an inspirational scene to paint right out the back door. The home was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at hime. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you to Mary Jo for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

We had a great girl's getaway fall weekend at Jaci's place. The home is well-equipped, clean, and has beautiful water views. The fireplace made our stay extra cozy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet offseason visit!

We had a women’s retreat here and it easily accommodated the needs of all of us, from space to do yoga to intimate space for conversation and connection. The views of the lake were gorgeous, the hot tub with a view of the lake was amazing, the sleeping spaces were perfect (memory foam mattresses?! 😍) and the welcome gifts from the hostess were so sweet!

Repeat offender here. I always check for Gary's place first whenever I'm in the Chippewa Falls area (usually 2-3x a year). Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed.

Every expectation was met and exceeded. Our goal was to have a relaxed weekend with our adult children and dogs … simply put we were blown away by the beauty of our surroundings , the kindness of the family, and the relaxing experience (we are first time Airbnb customers) we kept asking ourselves “what do you hear” and it was a resounding “pure nature”. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Eileen was a wonderful hostess. Her house and property are beautiful, and the clear view of the stars at night are gorgeous as well. Eileen is very accommodating and has thought of everything to ensure that I had the best experience. She thought of every possible thing i could have forgot to pack and had extras if needed. She offers information on local shopping, dining, and outings while extending the invite to enjoy her vast, beautiful property. I loved my stay and am hopeful I will get back someday. Not only is this the most beautiful and charming property, Natalie is an incredible host and the Eau Claire area has so much to offer. My husband and I were personally huge fans of the vinyl set up and selection of records. We cannot wait to visit in the warmer months!

This was our second time staying here for a week and noticed nice little updates on an already great property! We love the peacefulness, privacy, and a place where our rescue dogs can enjoy the outdoors with us. We all loved sitting on the patio playing cards, watching fish jump, listening to nature, grilling, hot tubbing and having bonfires. I tend to overpack on vacation and bring extra towels, kitchen supplies, dishes even, because most places we’ve stayed either don’t have, or they’re minimally stocked. Not here - truly anything we needed or thought of was available. Sooo appreciated! Space is open, clean, and not cluttered. We also had a fun day renting a pontoon and dinner at Phat Bobs was FABULOUS! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for another week of memories!
