It’s within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Carytown, a 10 minute drive from downtown, and 5 minutes from I95. The sunny guest bedroom is nicely decorated with plenty of cozy pillows on the queen bed. Although the bathroom is down the hall, it is for the sole use of the guest(s). I have a tiny, friendly dog. All guests must be able to show proof of vaccination

Our peaceful environmentally friendly home w/ large backyard, front porch, and gardens is close to downtown Richmond, Pocahontas State Park, shopping, breweries, and historic sites. This is a comfortable space consisting of a cozy bedroom with one vintage double bed. We have easy, safe driveway parking. We have friendly Aussie Doodle named Remington. We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
