What a fabulous stay! From the moment we got there Sadie and Amos made us feel at home. Both are extremely very nice and kind! They truly make you feel like family, are extremely responsive, and will make you feel cared for. Everyone should stay here! The place is so homey and very comfortable. Its incredibly clean, and they have supplied everything you could want during your stay. We stayed for a week, and we would love to come back again! We also loved playing with the pets.

Beautiful property to walk around take in the scenery and relax. The fenced animals on the property were a added bonus. The accommodations were neat and tidy. Juana was quick to respond to tell us were the extra towels are stored when we could not find them. This is our 2nd stay there and will return again for sure.

Craig and his family are fantastic hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon. Everything was perfect!

Staying at the loft was a pleasure. The location was perfect. The loft was extremely clean, cozy and the property is beautiful. Karl, Kelly and their children were so friendly. Their dog Juniper is a sweetheart. We loved our stay so much, we booked our next stay before we left. Thank you for a great experience in the most beautiful area of Pennsylvania. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ruthy's Airbnb! The guest house was even more charming in person than the photos. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need for our 3 night getaway. The location was perfect for quiet retreat. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor. Ruthy was a wonderful host – incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and they provided clear and helpful instructions. Overall, our experience was exceptional. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave! We highly recommend Ruthy's place to anyone looking for a comfortable, immaculately clean, and enjoyable stay in Gap, PA. We would definitely book again!

Instructions and the information booklet were spot-on and so helpful. The home is in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from where our daughter and her family live so it was super convenient for us. It was lovely driving into Downingtown each day watching spring awakening. We even saw a bald Eagle one morning near the creek as we drove! The house was immaculate and so comfortable! The fire was a delight to look at and provided extra heat when it was chilly. Veronica was a warm and welcoming host. This home will be a go-to on our regular trips to Downingtown - if it’s available! 🙂

Cassandra's Place is STILL absolutely wonderful. I stayed here once before and the reason it was only once is because she's ALWAYS booked when I'm looking to come back. But I was blessed with an opportunity to return and it was as amazing as the first time. She is an amazing host who is very responsive and take good care of my every need. She left me a note welcoming me back. Great touch. I wanted to go to WaWa to get some snacks and something to drink. She already took care of that. I felt at home. Home away from home. Off street parking is also a big plus. Long story short, I love it there. She deserves a great review, but the only downside is I'll probably never be able to stay there again. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Great place and host! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place is nice and clean and the host was great! The neighborhood is great as well.

Awesome place for a couple or small family. very close to gas stations and stores but in the woods so you have privacy and feel very comfortable at a clean place. would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just 6 minutes from Media. The only negative was that you need to have a Roku account to use the TV. We just used our laptop instead.

We had a great time staying here during our visit to Longwood Gardens. It was comfortable, well equipped, and a close drive to everything.

My husband, small dog and I stayed at this beautiful place to visit with friends. We hiked Mount Misery with friends during the day and all met at PT Whelihans in Oaks that night. This rental is fun! We enjoyed looking at the sheep and gathering fresh eggs from the coop. So delish in the morning as we cooked them in the fully equiped kitchen. We enjoyed our free bottle of home made wine, had a bon fire, and walked our dog on their grounds. Sarge, their beagle, made fast friends with us. The huge bed was comfy, all was quiet, and parking was easy. We could tell the hosts enjoy sharing their property. They were very friendly and accomodating. We'll be back!

We loved our One-month stay at the Tiny House. Although we had moved from a slightly larger apartment, this space felt SO MUCH BIGGER! Everything is well put together and the space is cozy. There is a surprising amount of storage space too! Our little dog loved the place too! The neighborhood felt very safe and it was easily walkable to the fun restaurants and bars of Little Italy. We wish we could stay here forever! Travis and Gabrielle are incredibly friendly (over text, we never met them in person). They usually respond within minutes! This place is awesome. we would def stay here again.

If you need to stay in the area this place is beautiful and clean, and the owners are wonderful. Im absolutely going to stay here in the future and would recommend!

We had a wonderful extended stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and hospitable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. Our dog loved the beautiful yard, and we especially enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping each morning. Highly recommend!
