Enjoy North Brisbane and Moreton Bay from a private flat. It’s super roomy; very comfortable for up to two week stays. The flat is self-contained with bathroom, fridge and cooking facilities, washing machine, internet and television. With private access you can come and go as you like. Enjoy your morning cuppa in the private garden, or go for a stroll down to the Brighton foreshore. The hosts live on the Property, but the flat is independent of the residence and no interaction is required

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront
Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

The Fairy House is an iconic property listed on Brisbane City Council's heritage register. Guests can enjoy two self-contained suites. The suites are on separate levels of the Fairy House and are accessible via an external staircase. This listing would suit two couples travelling together or a family with teenage children or older. Each suite is self-contained with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The suites have sweeping views over Bardon all the way to Mount Coot-tha.

The Red Door Cottage
Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

Feel right at home in the One Bedroom Apartment. There’s space to move, with a separate bedroom featuring comfortable king bed or two single beds and wardrobe. The relaxed living area contains a sofa, LCD TV with Foxtel and work desk, whilst the fully equipped kitchen provides a cooktop, oven and full-size fridge, and dining table. The bathroom offers laundry facilities, amenities and hair dryer. Enjoy the views from your own private balcony.
