Barbara and Vince were terrific. First stay but won't be our last. Went to WVU football game which was the only downside of the entire weekend as no Country Roads was sung on this day! Barbara was extremely thorough in her communications and willing provided some insights into nearby restaurants. She went above and beyond to accommodate us (thanks for the Soy Milk!) and we were happy we could actually meet both her and Vince and their pooches in person. Space is terrific, very large bedrooms, nice living area with kitchen, table and TV and an full equipped exercise room! Road to the house is very narrow so would recommend taking it easy in case you hit oncoming traffic but other than that could not have had a more enjoyable weekend with perfect accommodations. Some nice restaurants nearby as well as Cheat Lake. About 10 to 15 minutes to Morgantown for WVU activities. Almost hate to leave a review so we can keep this our little secret! Thank you again Barbara and Vince!

Great place to stay in Morgantown for a football weekend or any other time. Walkable to the stadiums (about 45-60 minutes) and a short drive to the downtown area. The place itself is great. Clean, spacious, and accessible. The beds were pretty comfortable. There’s also a nice shared outdoor space.

The space was perfect. It was very charming and cozy in addition to peaceful. It was very clean and the host, Barb, was very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We loved this property and our condo. The lake was so beautiful and immediately accessible from our balcony. The entire property was beautifully maintained and updated, with all the most charming original touches. The restaurant onsite was convenient and good (Ace’s Run). The other patrons and staff were friendly and for the price it was an incredibly great deal. The only thing that could be improved are the window coverings. The sun rise is directly across from the balcony windows, which is also right where the bed is. The blinds really don’t keep any light out at all, so we were happy to start our days there early, but every day pretty much starts at sunrise with the blinds as they are. But otherwise the condo was truly perfect. Completely cozy and well appointed with convenient features!

Perfect place perfect location

Nice place, bunk bed room is great. It's across the street and up a hill from the Continental slope - like a 1-minute walk to the slope. Has everything you need. Solid spot.

Very convenient and located close to all activities

Jessica and Curt’s place was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We have stayed at Seven Springs for many years and this was our favorite. It was clean and had great amenities. Great location, convenience to slopes is unrivaled. We have already booked for next year.

We had a great weekend staying at the condo! We stayed in A2 and the unit was extremely clean, nothing fancy but perfect for our family. It’s also conveniently located between Canaan and Timberline resorts. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

The place was a great value and very close to seven springs. We liked the convenience of the school bus shuttle and thoughtful touches such as tissue boxes and hair conditioner which many B&Bs surprisingly do not provide. The owner was responsive. Evolve really didn't do anything except send me instructions. I had no means to communicate with them.

Lauren & Lee’s ski in / ski out condo is an A+ ! First of all, they are great hosts - friendly and responsive. The home is clean, well maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and has nice furnishings. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are excellent quality. The towels are thick and plush, and there are lots of hooks (which is so useful in an Airbnb). Also the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped - plenty of pots and pans, clean glassware, spices and oils, and extra toilet paper. The property location is excellent - right on the slopes and on the 4th floor with a great view. Overall a perfect ski getaway for 2 families or a larger extended family / group. We hope to come back again !

This was a great location for our family. Plenty of space in bedrooms, common area, deck and yard. It was a confortable stay for 10 people. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cool evenings. The lake access is a bit of a walk and requires passes. There are people who drive around checking for them. Make sure to follow the guidelines in the house binder and you'll have a great trip!

Rebekah’s place was beautiful! A great location to relax and not too far from some good food/coffee and plenty of outdoor activities. She was very responsive and helpful - and we really enjoyed it

This location was just what we needed for our family to stay together and attend a wedding at the lodge and enjoy the Super Bowl together in the great room. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need as described. The linens, pillows, blankets and towels were plentiful which is not always the case in a bnb or hotel. The shuttle bus to the lodge was a wonderful addition with so many people wanting to go back and forth at different times. I highly recommend this home. The price was a little higher than some in the area but worth it due to all that was available.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We knew there were neighbors nearby but you could barely see other houses. The road was quiet and the area very peaceful. We enjoyed the walking trail along the lake as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bryan’s place is unique with windows spanning almost the full perimeter of the home which offered beautiful views of cheat lake from both bedrooms. Really wish the weather had been more optimal as to enjoy the outside amenities such as the fire pit and deck. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area; the peaceful views alone are worth it!

Beautiful setting. Spacious home. We were short a sheet and comforter, Nicole responded and was at the house in under 10 minutes.

10/10 – Would Definitely Recommend We had 12 guys in town for a golf trip, and this place was perfect. Way bigger than I expected—I had to walk through a few rooms just to find someone. Tons of couch and armchair space to spread out. The pool and patio. Both solid A+, had everything we needed to cook/grill instead of going out. Plenty of TVs, you can watch whatever you wanted. We didn’t use the pull-out couches, but all the beds (even the bunks) were used, and it worked out fine. Plenty of towels, and they even stocked the fridge with eggs and milk, which was a nice touch. If we’re back in Morgantown, this is where we’re staying again. No question

This was a nice and private spot. It was 25 min away from Wisp resort which was convenient.
