Awesome place to start if you're looking to enjoy some private time with family and friends. Host was very responsive, gave clear instructions and directions before check in. I would rate the place and the host 5/5. Highly recommend

Joseph and Angie was very responsive and all his animals are very friendly. Our plan is to spend some time with animals and stay away from city life. This place fulfilled our expectation. The house is little old and bathroom doors needs some attention. Other than that, we loved the stay no regrets. Joseph gave additional hours at checkout and this was the first Airbnb who gave check-in early too. They were very generous providing all needful kitchen supplies and grocery, even though we didn't cook much. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who want to have a secluded and silent environment with farm animals. Their Dogs are so sweet and friendly stayed all time in front of our door and walked with us inside the farm any time. Thanks to Joesph and Angie once again!

Wonderful stay and would definitely go back. It was secluded but not too far off the beaten path. My husband loved the catch and release pond. He caught several fish and I caught one too! The house was beautiful as was the property. It rained when we first got there and it was beautiful sitting on the couch watching the rain fall on the pond, through the big windows. The shower with the rainfall shower head was amazing. Amber was always quick to reply through the whole process. The power went off while we were there and we reached out about the breaker box, she told us what to do and even offered to come. We were able to solve the problem through the chat. We went for relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. A beautiful, secluded home and setting. We hope to go back again.

The tiny house was so quaint and cozy! It was immaculate and had all the personal touches! We absolutely loved how peaceful and relaxing it was. The drive there was amazing and we saw a lot of wildlife in fields along the road. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. This house is a great option if you plan on going to Jarrod’s place bike park which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the house. After a long day of riding, the hot tub was absolutely perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garage was also a huge plus, giving us a safe and convenient place to store our bikes. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway, especially for mountain bikers!

We chose this place because we love Mentone, DeSoto St Park, just the whole area and I was looking for enough room for 6 of us and our dog. Our doodle vacations with us and this house was perfect with a large front yard on a quiet street. It was a meet in the middle place for our group. We like to cook, play games, puzzle, hike while we are here and Misti's place had great spaces especially for games and puzzles and was so cozy with the propane heaters and fireplace. Our power went out during the night in a storm but we were able to stay until it was restored because of the light from all the windows and we were plenty warm with the fireplace. We made use of the generous gift for breakfast for 2 at Hatter's in Mentone. Reservations are recommended for the best experience and we really had a nice time. It is a wonderfully unique place and the food was great. I loved that this was not the cookie cutter cabin but a beautiful cottage with attention to detail. We would happily return.

We had a great stay in Menlo! The place was exactly as advertised - comfy furniture, beautiful views and a truly peaceful retreat. The sauna is my favorite Airbnb amenity to date - loved using it and the hot tub daily. Great value.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. We're a family of 7 adults and one 9 year old. There was plenty of space for everyone. Our only complaints were that the fireplace had a lot of ash left and the andiron was broken, making it a little difficult to get the fire started. Naturally it was colder in the lower level rooms since the thermostat was for the main level and lower level but it was not a problem. The small portable heater for the bathroom downstairs should be replaced as it did not heat. The main level living room had four chairs that look like they have had lots of wear. A sofa in that room would be very nice. We were asked to put the trash in the outside trash cans but they were full when we arrived. One of us drove a pickup truck so we were able to take our trash but it could have been a problem otherwise. We felt like we had plenty of space for our group of eight and would recommend a stay at this cabin.

My husband and I went there on our 4th wedding anniversary trip and we had a blast! It was perfect for just the two of us. The view of the river was amazing and the scenery was beautiful! We went to Desoto falls and it is definitely worth the visit!! We also went to the Mad Hatter Cafe (it was delicious!) ,the Mentone market and the the little town near it (it has very good ice cream. I recommend the raspberry cheese cake if they have it!) over all we had a amazing trip and will come back again. We definitely recommend!!
