We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Ann was one of the best hosts we've had on Airbnb. She was easy to reach and always responded to messages. The house was perfect - my wife and I came to Savannah for a 25th wedding anniversary getaway. The location was also perfect - beautiful location and convenient to both Tybee Island and Savannah. The rental unit was comfortable and well appointed. It matched the Airbnb listing perfectly. We would be happy to stay here again.

A great stay that was very comfortable for our family of five adults. We were only there for one night, but left wishing we had more time at this perfectly located condo! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Enjoying morning coffee while watching the boats pass on the river was wonderful. There was some street noise, but well worth it for the location and beautiful space.

Great place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and gorgeous home. Comfortable beds, cool kitchen (w/ cooking equipment), and relaxing outdoor areas. Host was clear and concise with expectations. Would stay here if I came back!

The place is incredible. Sunsets every night, we loved biking but you could walk. We loved it so much and Connie and her husband were extremely friendly and responsive. We had bikes dropped off by seapines for $10/day and bicycled everywhere. We rode horses, played tennis, saw dolphins from the home. Saw black herons, Spoonbills, alligators, turtles - there was even a beached sperm whale. We enjoyed the Marriott beach club and had chairs and shade rented for a few days. With 2 couples and 1 toddler it was a little tight, but you get an insane view, excellent location, and very warm environment. Try this place at least once, I promise you’ll love it.

We had a lovely stay at Donna’s house. The photos matched and it was exactly as expected. We saw dolphins off the dock within our first hour of arriving! Plenty of luxurious towels and linens, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, seating, cooking supplies, etc- great set up for groups. The location is about 25-30 mins from downtown Savannah so we did a lot of driving but it was so wonderful to have a peaceful spot after a busy day! We utilized the screen porch a lot!

Abbie was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The home is exactly as described and was perfect for our little family getaway! Would definitely book again!

Great stay and very accommodating for a large bachelor party. Beautiful home and surroundings at a good location. Close to the city and many amenities close by. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts, with local suggestions. Really recommend Tybee Seafood Market 0.6 mi away as well, fantastic service and great, fresh food.

Loved our stay, and spent every evening on the back screened in deck over looking the water. So peaceful at the property, will be recommending this to friends. Location was amazing and so was Tybee. Locals were all friendly, food was amazing & the town really gave that beach bum feel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront Villa! The location is perfect - a few minutes to the beach, and close enough to walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants and more. The outdoor decks are a beautiful spot to watch the boats pass. We spent so much time outside, enjoying the gorgeous scenery and sunshine. We even saw a manatee on one of our days at the beach, and a bunch of dolphins. We can't wait to come back to Tybee Island soon. Thank you AJ & team for the lovely stay.

what a beautiful and peaceful location! we loved looking out at the marsh and walked to the beach every day -- multiple times per day -- with small children. the beds and common spaces were very comfortable and homey. we wanted to stay longer and will certainly be back to Tybee!

Our stay with Brian was perfect for our family of 4. The bunk beds were amazing for the kids and the bedroom was super comfortable with it's own AC unit and ceiling fan. The living room came stocked with games which led to late night game nights with our kids, making some of our favorite memories of the trip. The unit location was perfect for young families being on the first floor and so close to the pool - made for easy bathroom breaks and snack stops. Access to the beach was so convenient and the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards made our stay so much more comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and have even sent this listing to family to check out!

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo! The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus — perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. It was never too crowded and always well-maintained. Overall, this place had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family (2 adults & 2 small children) had a wonderful time here. The apt itself was great: very clean, good size for our family, comfortable, quiet, etc. And the location was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the beach and to shops and restaurants was amazing. We would highly recommend this place.

Steve was so easy to work with and made everything super simple. The decor was beautiful and the views were even better.
