Cheryl’s home exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the layout and size of the house made for a very comfortable stay. Cheryl was incredibly responsive and kind, making the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to friends, family, and anyone considering a stay here!

We had a great time! The nature preserve across the street is beautiful and everything was accurate about the details. Firewood was easy to get at the corner store close by.

We stayed here over Easter and had a great experience! The home is beautiful, full of character, and perfect for families. The game room was a favorite. Our kids loved the arcade games and basketball hoops. The hot tub was relaxing with lovely views, and the peaceful, safe neighborhood made us feel welcome. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. We appreciated the highchair and playpen provided, plus the convenience of Instacart and Walmart delivery. The host was kind and responsive. We ended up extending our stay by an additional night and was able to do so very smoothly within minutes. The house has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable and is well suited for children. It is beautifully decorated and characterized which makes for great picture for memories. We celebrated my birthday and Easter here and would absolutely return!

Great place to share with our adult children and young grandchildren. The small private sandy beach was perfect for our toddler and his trucks. Availability of kayaks and water toys added to the comfort of spending an afternoon at the house. It was very well stocked for cooking and had plenty of counter space for prep and meals. Our host was responsive within minutes with any questions. Location is great to make a day trip to Mackinac Island and another toTraverse City and its peninsulas. Petoskey is ~20mins drive and is an adorable town on Lake Michigan with great restaurant and shopping options as well as a nice stone break wall for watching the sunset. Harbor Springs is just an additional 10mi with a small downtown and a line out the door for Tom’s Mom’s Cookies! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well taken care of. The hosts were so kind — they reached out during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. It made us feel really welcomed and cared for. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was the perfect setting for our girls' spa weekend at Boyne! The kitchen was so well stocked that we didn't eat out much, and being a short walk to Cafe Santé – we enjoyed a great meal, service, and ambiance! The home itself was clean, and the beds were seriously comfortable and cozy – I slept so well! Having a hot tub and pool table were a wonderful bonus, adding extra fun to our downtime. It was also so thoughtful that the hosts provided many necessities, like oil, salt and pepper, garbage bags, drip and pod coffee machines, and fluffy towels; those little things really do make a difference. Carlos and Carla were friendly and helpful hosts, and simple check-in and communication were much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for a large group of family to get together for a ski weekend, we had some of the group ski and some stayed back and the house was a perfect place to hangout with everyone.

Kyle has done an amazing job with this cabin, it’s clear that so much thought has been put into everything. It is decorated beautifully and has everything you might need to feel at home. We loved spending time here for our anniversary and can’t wait to return with our kids next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. One of the cleanest and well kept rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Attention to design and detail was appreciated. Kyle was very responsive to our messages when we needed help. Seemed that since we visited off season, less activity around town, but still enjoyed our time. Wish we had realized the State Park was closed still from the ice storm. It was disappointing, but we took a lot of Kyle’s recommendations in his guidebook at the cabin for local spots to hike and walk with our dog. Wish we had been able to try more restaurants, many sounded delicious. Our first visit to northern Michigan, Petoskey must be a busy place in the summer! Would suggest if you visit during less busy months to research ahead and see what is going on and open around town so you know what to expect.

Loved the proximity to ski hill, restaurants and towns. Place was comfortable and nicely appointed. The only drawback was the master bathroom was only a half bath and that was not made clear.

The cabin was perfect for our family ski weekend! We had plenty of space for everyone, 4 couples and 2 babies. We enjoyed the beautiful view off the deck with the hot tub. Ski in/out was perfect and it was a beautiful weekend of spring skiing!

We had a great weekend at the cabin and would definitely rent it again. Locating the property based on the email confirmation was difficult--the units are given two different sets of numbers--but they were responsive and helpful when we reached out for help.

This was the perfect place for our short getaway. So close to so many different activities, while still feeling very private and secluded. Gorgeous property and we will definitely be back!
