My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to communicate with leading up to check in. Parking was convenient and abundant, and it was easy to get in through a private entrance. The place itself was cute, clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

I recently stayed at The Deck House and had an incredible experience! The host was exceptionally hospitable, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect for a last-minute engagement dinner party I planned. The house itself was beautiful, in a peaceful and private location, yet not too secluded. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway!

The location was excellent and the house matched the listing. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group, and the price was great for a beach gathering. A few minor issues—limited towels, lower quality soap, and a tricky check-in—but overall, it worked well for our stay.

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

This place was a fantastic get away from LA for me and my family. The amenities and location made this the perfect place for us to get some rest and rejuvenation. We are definitely coming back.

The home was just what I needed it was local to my home and work as I had some major renovations done to my home I had a wonderful place to stay, very safe area, wonderful backyard for my two small dogs. Danna was great to work with and very attentive and considerate to my needs.

I usually rent a cabin somewhere in the mountains with my best pup once a year for a quiet girls weekend. This year I was hoping for something more local and stumbled upon this gem of an experience. What a beautiful place Murray and Kay have. The property is easy to find and Murray was right there (with their horses) when I pulled in. The Airstream was fully equipped and I really didn't feel like I was deprived of any creature comforts. The solar battery was enough for my couple of devices to charge. Hiking trails right outside the door and views for days. One of their horses even made it up the mountain one night to say hello. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets, linens and towels. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again.

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

visiting a friend in Oxnard. We were lucky enough to find Kristi's Beach Bungalow. what a cute and well decorated cottage! The outside living areas truly complimented to cozy comfy interior. Even Better it is only .9 miles from the Rudder room, as me how I know. 🙂

i have stayed in this incredible property- my favorite home in topanga- before, but this time i arrived during the wildfires and the area was evacuated. they were immediately responsive and concerned about safety and gave me a full refund. i hope that the house wasn’t destroyed and that everyone got out in time.

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.
