A propriedade, distribuída por dois pisos, é composta por uma sala de estar, uma cozinha bem equipada, dois quartos, uma casa de banho de serviço no rés-do-chão e uma casa de banho completa com duche no piso superior, podendo assim acomodar até quatro pessoas. Se a reserva for para duas pessoas, será preparado apenas um quarto, salvo pedido específico antes da chegada.
