Deb is a great host. Very responsive to messages and was very helpful supporting us with any queries we had. The site was beautiful and exceeded what we were expecting. Very spacious and clean inside, nice touches with a welcome note. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others! Brilliant for families and children as the site has lots to do and New Quay is a 5min drive away!

clean, tidy and had everything you needed. Clubhouse on site had everything you wanted if a little expensive but plenty of other things to do. nicely placed 25mins from Newquay and other lovely villages along the way. Close to a few little food shops if you have forgotten something. A great place for a base. We loved it and so did our kids. Thanks for the memories.

We stayed at Croft Farm as an extended family and we had an early Christmas dinner. Kitchen was well equipped to handle all this and plenty of room at the dinner table. Lots of room in all bedrooms and living room. We didn't get to feed the animals but that would have been great to do with our young daughter. We will definitely be returning.

Such a nice place and Iris is such a lovely person, we enjoyed every second of our stay. We got there quite late in the evening and Iris was waiting to show us the house. Some very nice views of the Welsh countryside from the garden. Even though it wasn't that warm outside, our daughters wanted to have a little paddle in the swimming pool and Iris was very kind to uncover it and let them have some fun. At the end of our stay, we were a bit low on petrol and she offered to give us some to have enough to our stop to a petrol station. Really, no words, everything was great and we totally recommend it. Thank you Iris!

Great place with great surroundings. We went after season so couldn't use the arcade or swimming pool but the park is just few minutes away from the town so no problem... Caravan as described with all you need to use. Great beaches for fishing 😊. Thank you for having us and see you again.

Great place for a small or medium sized family. Two decent sized double beds plus twin beds in the attic conversion. Beautiful views and beach in walking distance. Well equipped kitchen. Large supermarket within 10 mins drive. Choice of beaches. Would recommend.

The caravan was lovely comfortable homely clean and well stocked of pots pans plates .It was set in beautiful peaceful countryside with 4 sheep for company.Bridget was a lovely host who introduced herself straight away and was helpful recommending where to visit.A nice surprise when we walked in was a dozen fresh eggs from her chicken.The shower was lovely and hot with.a plentiful supply of hand soap and toilet rolls. All in all a lovely holiday. Thankyou Bridget.

Excellente localisation dans Aberystwyth. Excellent logement pour un groupe. Propre, nombreuses chambres, équipements de qualité,... A recommander !

A stones throw from the beach, restaurants & cafes. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was for the time of the year. First time to Wales, stunning scenery and beaches. Recommend train journeys again amazing views…mountains/hills one side and beach on the other. The property had everything we needed. The door height into the main bedroom must be for a 5ft 6 person, my husband hit his head several times. The double bed must be quite a small double bed, if you are again above 5ft 6 you may struggle. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Aberdovey we will be back.

Pete and Tracy are fantastic hosts of a unique stay. The history behind the place is fascinating, and is still there to be seen. From wallpaper to rock-sorting plates from workhouse to guesthouse, it's all still there for you to see and feel. We enjoyed brilliant weather, so made the most of local walks, beaches and some outside dining at great local restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. 10/10

Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore then Owl barn is perfect 😊 stunning accommodation with everything you could ask for and more. Jon was the perfect host and we couldn’t have asked for more. He provided us with recommendations and places to visit. The accommodation is just as it looks in the pictures. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the area is absolutely stunning. We would most definitely return in the future 😊

Thank you for a delightful stay. The house was very keen and the location wonderful. We had a lovely walk down to the beach every evening and stopped by for a drink at the Barn ond site. I’m sure we will be returning. Diolch yn fawr

Thank you for providing such comfortable accommodation with a stunning outlook. The picture window is mesmerising with its fabulous outlook across the bay. The instruction book provided was very helpful. A well located property for facilities in Aberporth and accessing the coastal path.

Excellent location for a mountain biking trip or Hiking trip with the Welsh hills on the door step and devils bridge down the road. For us it was the Mountain Biking with Nant Yr Arian being a short 10 minute drive and DYFI bike park 45 mins away. a And having that hot tub at the end of a long day cycling was amazing. Also has storage available for atleast 3 bikes could easily get upto 5 with a little tidy up. Overall Excellent will definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place to stay, from the outset, we felt right at home. The views from the living rooms was spectacular, plus the advantage of having good weather most of the week, is generally unheard of in the 30 or so years I have been visiting Wales. We hope to go back as soon as possible, have tried to book for next year already, but dates are not available at this moment.

this was a great place to stay, loved the local town and good access to beaches that weren't too busy. house was well managed and friendly locals. Only challenge was that I have a big car (Id Buzz) and road is very narrow and drive difficult to manoeuvre into but would be fine with a normal size car

Great location and the bungalow was spotless and very welcoming… We felt straight at home. We also loved the outdoor space. Very private and great to hear all the bird song surrounding us. We definitely recommend it.. off road parking.. local amenities and two great pubs within walking distance.

On arrival the house exceeded our expectations, as we entered the quality and cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The attention to detail in every room, there is nothing that has not been thought of. We were greeted with a beautiful homemade cake, which was a lovely touch. We hired the hot tub, which was such a lovely extra for our stay. We have had the best stay with our family and would recommend to anyone, it was perfect for us. My family and I had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place. We were instantly made to feel right at home from when we arrived with a friendly warm greeting. When we went into the cottage which is lovely! We were greeted by an amazing welcome hamper of bread, butter, home made jams, milk and juice in the fridge and other lovely treats. This was just amazing as we had traveled along time and we didn’t have anything for breakfast the next day but this welcome hamper really helped us out! The field that is empty and free for us to let our dog run free and explore was amazing! As our dog is scared of other dogs so seeing him have the space to have fun with no worries was lovely! Thank you Elizabeth and John for having us and for a fantastic stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect for our family get together to celebrate my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. The location is fantastic with glorious views and walks on the doorstep. The cottages were lovely and warm and welcoming with everything there to make sure we enjoyed our stay, we made full use of the maps of local walks and the dogs thought it was dogy heaven!
