Katherine was an excellent host. She was responsive to our questions and accommodated a very early check in so our baby could nap. It's a historic property so the building is a little old but Katherine's done a great job renovating and modernizing it. Street parking was plentiful and there's also 3 parking spaces in the back. We also felt safe parking and walking around the neighborhood. I was a little concerned that the space might be a bit tight but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it actually was. We easily fit a pack-n-play crib in the bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you need. There are a ton of entertainment options (DVDs, Xbox360, board games, etc) in the living room. It was pretty hot in San Antonio but the window AC units and ceiling fans did a good job keeping things cool. The space is very clean but our dust allergies did act up a bit while we were inside. Excellent host, great spot, we would definitely stay here again.

The rental was nice and clean which is very important and I was totally satisfied by the quality of the furniture. The location was really handy as it’s close to the airport and just as close to downtown. There is a grocery store close that delivered groceries to us and we were able to cook some meals while we were there. “Garden View” is a stretch and I did not realize it’s part of an apartment complex that is possibly built to house college students. It makes in nice because all the rooms have their own bathroom but it has that vibe and just took me by surprise. Drew was very attentive if we needed anything and check in was super easy. I would definitely recommend staying there though as the pros far outweighed any cons.

Property was clean and well maintained, photos were accurate and stunning upon arrival. Very walkable to city center and no more than a four minute walk to food and night life.

Location Location Location. Parked our car at Katherine's place on Thursday and barely drove it until we left on Sunday. Walking distance to Pearl and Fiesta parades. River Walk too if fit and up to the challenge. Katherine was uber prompt in her responses to our inquiries. Lots of space and great value!

Great location if you want to be close to downtown, but far enough that you're not in the mess of the construction and traffic. Apartments are just as described and are very well equipped with the basics. Great for longer stays too since there's a full kitchen! We rented the whole building out for a week and everyone stated being very comfortable. Katherine was very accommodating to our needs and was great to communicate with! She was super friendly and made coordinating a large group a whole lot easier because of her flexibility. The onsite parking was great since street parking is hard to come by. Highly recommend, especially if you're staying longer term in SA.

Nomadic's Vacation Rental was a wonderful place to stay in Austin. It was easy to get to and they were very clear with instructions. I would definitely recommend!

The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a fancy feast if you wanted to. While it was 94 degrees outside, the bedroom and living room A/C units kept the apartment comfortably cool. The bathroom was well stocked from bandaids to sunscreen. We felt we had packed too many accessories that weren't needed because of all the amenities provided. There was even chilled water in the refrigerator.

The home was beautiful and clean. The surrounding landscape was amazing. Very quiet and serene. Zarella (host) was excellent. She quickly responds and helped answer all my questions. It was a great house for my family and another that had a wedding 2 miles away at a beautiful venue! Thanks Zarella for sharing your lovely home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the farm house and would highly recommend. It was just what we needed and close to my husbands work. The home was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Also the beds are super comfy! We definitely plan on returning! Thanks for a great stay.

aa Aaron and Misty were so kind. We had a team stayed in San Antonio for 2 weeks for work. Aaron and Misty sent us treats and snacks, arranged for a cleaning crew to come in halfway through our stay. when we asked for pillow, they were on our doorstep the very next day!!! Plus the house is beautiful, comfy with lots of space. Highly recommend!!

First, I would like to say that Georgia was a great host. Communications and suggestions were proactive. The home listing matched the actual home and met all of our expectations. We have stayed on several Airbnb’s in the Waco area and this was by far the best one. This will be our “go to” on our next visit.

Overall a very pleasant stay for us, we were there for almost a month. The communication was great, and the facility is nicely upkept. There's a Cuvee coffee bar downstairs so it's convenient if you're a coffee person. Maintenance coordination is easy and prompt. The view is great, though our room look out to the freeway and part of the lake but it's not 100% lake view, so confirm before you book. PARKING is a huge aspect to consider if you're staying for a long time, since the nightly valet rate is $40 and no options to self-park. There are however many places around to park your car, we chose a monthly parking reservation at a nearby hotel. LOCATION is amazing, the lake is right outside your door, Rainey street is downstairs with plenty of foods / drinks options. Access to I-35 is straightforward.

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

Beautiful unit with great proximity to downtown. Corner unit on 25th floor made for great views. Well appointed, lovely space.

This was our second stay. It’s really the best spot in the entire complex. Steps from hot tub. Heated pool. Beds are super comfortable. NB and Gruene have so much to offer. Short walk to riverfront or park. We are returning for sure.

The condo was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Beautiful sunrises were viewable from the balcony and even from inside this corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows. The host was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and valets were welcoming and polite. We had an excellent stay! 10/10 will book again! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Great location Relaxing and the shopping and eating places close by. A place we will stay at again.
