Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

A real hidden gem right on the sea front, with a south facing balcony that makes the most of this beautiful setting with far reaching views over Plymouth sound and Drakes Island, it is steeped in Naval history. Whether you're visiting Plymouth for a relaxing short break, or a more energetic trip, you will be spoilt for choice paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming. It is a 2 minute walk from Royal William yard named ‘unmissable attraction'. 10 minutes to the city centre, Hoe & Barbican.

An Old boathouse right on the waterfront with ever changing views and sunsets. Turnchapel is a beautiful village with two superb pubs and a café. There is a decked terrace, two large balconies and a private garden leading to a floating pontoon and secluded pebble beach all exclusively for guests. Very cosy with an open fire from an old ship and the house is full of antiques. Plenty of beaches, walks, ferries and activities nearby. Open fire Dogs welcome. Monday and Friday check ins.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
