Short Stay NI were fantastic at responding to messages promptly and all instructions were clear. Had a lovely stay, very central location and within walking distances to main attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very convenient for a short notice let. Will was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is exactly as advertised and was clean and met my needs exactly. A private location with a gated parking area, which was excellent. Easy access to the city centre, however close to the airport and on the overflight path - so a bit noisy at times. In the heart of East Belfast, which in the summer is festooned with flags. However, I had no issues with the area. Close to the Belmont Road which is a lovely part of the city. Overall I’d have no hesitation in recommending the property and Will who was a great host.

Stayed here a few times and never been disappointed

Zac’s place is very good : comfortable, practical. The location is very good, with good bus connections. I recommend this place. Zac is a good host. He gives good instructions and he responds quickly.

Excellent lodging conveniently located near The Falls Road. It had everything you would need for a few days away and was immaculately clean. Patrick himself is a wonderful host; he is warm and considerate. We got some fresh fruit from him. I would certainly stay here again. ☘️👌

Second time I’ve stayed here, yet again thanks to Judith I can’t fault the standard of the accommodation, cleanliness, supplies available in both the kitchen and bathroom and ease of checkin/departure. I stayed at this property when doing the Belfast marathon. The couple hosting couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to my trip and gave a very helpful check-in process on arrival. The accommodation itself was clean and had everything I needed on hand. Lots of nice little touches. They really made me feel at home and were full of advice on the local area, the marathon itself, other things to do and getting around. Location very convenient for those travelling into Belfast City Airport. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for staying in west Belfast, basically on falls road. Would recommend staying here if travelling to Belfast and I will definitely stay again if it’s available

Our stay at Joezef’s place was truly a home away from home. The property is clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, with a lovely view—biggest highlight was its location right in front of Ormeau Park. As a family, we had a wonderful time visiting the park frequently. The kids absolutely loved the play areas, and I and my wife enjoyed the peaceful walks and jogging in the beautiful green surroundings. Tesco Express was just a few steps away, which made daily shopping super convenient. The neighborhood was calm and family-friendly, adding to the overall comfort of our month-long stay. Joezef was an excellent host—always prompt, polite, and helpful in his communication. Any time we had a query, he responded immediately, making the experience smooth and stress-free. This was one of our most memorable stays, and we’d love to return in the future. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Belfast!

A great place to stay in Belfast. A short walk just across the river brings you to all the downtown shops/restaurants, but you're far enough away to not hear the night-time noise. Another short walk just to the north takes you to the Titanic museum. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Vicky was very attentive upon arrival which we appreciated. The location itself is lovely, perfect for what we were looking for. Great spot 10/10. Hot tub was well sheltered and apartment was brilliant. Would return any day.
