You can bring your own boat to dock at the private pier. Two bedrooms on the main floor - one with a king bed and one with a queen. Washer and dryer are also on the main floor. The loft upstairs has three twin beds and a wonderful place to play games around the table or use as a workspace. Ping pong table and more room to play in the basement
