Casablanca: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

This is not our first stay at Rosaura's place. This week, a colleague of mine and I decided to stay for a weekend after a business trip. As always, it was a wonderful place with a wonderful host. I Hope I'll have a chance to visit this place again this summer.

first of all I'd like to thank Marcos for being amazing though out our stay he left us warm bread and pastrys everyday wine some days and was 100 per cent brilliant with the kids sweets and then a souvenirs for the kids when we left we had no electric because it went off all over Spain and Marcos was brilliant bringing us lamps he was a super super hoist and would definitely go back the apartment was exactly has was described the roof top was amazing I would highly recommend this place to anybody thank you Marcos for making our holiday ste ,Karen and family x

What a little gem. It was perfect for me. Stunning view from the bed and enchanting with the swallows dancing by my window. Quiet at night. 15 min walk to town. 5 min walk to the nearest beach. I have just spent 3months there to rest and replenish. Nothing flash about the studio but it is bright and airy, feels homely and has a great energy. You have everything you need, plenty of hot water and although the bed is a sofa bed it was comfortable. In February the evenings were chilli but the electric radiators heated the place very quickly. No lift and 28 steps, I was ok with that but that is something you might need to consider. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe there day and night. Nathalie is very friendly, helpful and was quick at responding to my requests. Sitges … beautiful… there’s something about this small town that feels very special, don’t know how to describe it. Blanca was a great host, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area and things to do. The apartment is wonderful, directly at the beach, just as described . The port is just a few steps away. You can reach Barcelona within 30 to 45 minutes by car and that’s also a train going close by

Esther is an excellent host. She takes care of you like you would take care of your loved ones. She is incredibly helpful and gives you fantastic tips. The apartment is in a peaceful area and at the same time very close to the train station, shops and most importantly the beach. It is sparkling clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and I could go on and on. Perfect place to stay! Muchas gracias Esther!

First class apartment, great amenities and all very modern and clean. Tastefully decorated and fab Nik was very helpful, friendly and responsive and made everything super easy for us. Ihe even supplied a detailed list of local things to do, places to go, etc, which was very useful indeed. ’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

I recently stayed at this lovely house for two weeks, and it was a delightful experience. The house is in an unbeatable location, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The nearby town has all the services you might need, making it convenient for a longer stay. The property is clean and well-equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. Although the furniture and appliances are a bit dated, they are more than sufficient for a pleasant stay. During mosquito season, you might initially worry, but the house is well-prepared with mosquito nets on all the windows and effective air conditioning, which is a great bonus. The attention and service were excellent. Whenever we had any issues or questions, Margarita responded promptly and kindly, always ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality and thoughtful care.

Zoals beschreven het is een heerlijke rustige locatie. Met een leuke gedecoreerd appartement, met een pracht uitzicht over het strand en de zee. 's Ochtends heb je zo'n op je terras. De ontvangst van Carme en Josep is zeer hartelijk. En ze geven goede tips.

Alejandro is a superb host. Great communicator and the place was as advertised, The video that explains how to get into the residence was wonderfully helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.

Hôte très accueillant, gentil, répond rapidement. Très disponible en cas de besoin et en cas de problème et très arrangeant (plus d’électricité dans toute l’Espagne). Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description, très agréable et belle vu pour un séjour en amoureux. Pas très loin à pied de port aventura (environ 30 minutes).

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war perfekt und das Geld wert. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten sehr gutes Internet und konnten ohne Probleme dort Arbeiten und Urlaub machen. Der Garten, der Pool, der Grill und die Sauna sind ein Traum. Man macht Urlaub im eigenen Zuhause. Und man ist komplett Wetter unabhängig. Das Bett war super bequem. Die Gegend war sicher. Wir waren mit dem Auto schnell in Mataró und Barcelona. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zeer ruim appartement met een magnifiek zicht op de zee. De terrassen zijn ook zalig om te vertoeven!

Great stay for our big family and Merce was very responsive and helpful

Alex and Olga were great communicators and were flexible with regards to our arrival time which was very helpful as we were arriving by public transit. Alex met us at the bus stop, walked with us to the apartment and gave us a very thorough and helpful tour of the unit. It was clean, well equipped and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend a stay at this location, especially if you are catching an early flight.

Super emplacement, belle décoration, literie très correcte. Emplacement très calme, juste beaucoup de bruit d'un nid de pigeons à l'aube, prévoir des bouchons d'oreille. Très bonne communication. La machine à laver était en panne, mais on m'a proposé gratuitement un service de blanchisserie pour remplacer. Je recommande !

Really enjoyed our stay at Maife and Xavi’s apartment. We felt right at home. Xavi was extremely welcoming, gave us lots of recommendations and was happy to drop us to the airport once we were finished our holiday. The apartment itself was spotless, with a restaurant and swimming pool nearby. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Main Street of Salou. Overall, highly highly recommend to anyone going to Salou. Agradecer a Montse y a su hija Andrea tanto la comunicación fluida como la acogida. Siempre dispuestas a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda. Si las fotos son bonitas el apartamento es mucho mejor que las fotos, amplio, servicial. Cada rincón decorado con muchísimo gusto. Tiene todo lo que se precisa para una cómoda estancia, desde ropa de cama, diferentes almohadas, cojines, mantas. La cocina dispone de muchísima vajilla y agradecemos mucho el detalle de las cápsulas de café, azucar, aceite, vinagre, especias, macarrones, arroz etc... Los baños impecables. Gran surtido de toallas y esponjosas, así como gel de baño, bastoncillos y botiquín con cosas variadas. El salón con TV smartTV. La conexión wifi de alta velocidad. amplio sofá y mesa comedor. Las terrazas amplias y funcionales. La urbanización preciosa, con amplia piscina de adultos y de niños, pista de padel y spa con jakuzzi, baño turco, sauna, piscina climatizada y gimnasio. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Volveremos!!

Je recommande vivement ce logement. Très accueillant, appartement moderne et spacieux, propre avec tout le nécessaire, de la pression pour la douche, une grande terrasse, un parking sécurisé, à proximité du parc Port Aventura, de la plage et des boutiques. Nous etions 5 et toute la famille a adoré. Encore merci !

L’appartement est très bien situé, et très bien entretenu. La porte à code permet d’arriver et de partir à l’heure que l’on veut. Il est très bien équipé, et les lits sont confortables. Les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques pour se préparer rapidement lorsqu’on est nombreux. je recommande sans aucun problème cet appartement.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was as described, and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Kasia was very accommodating and when we had a problem with the boiler in the property, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. In April, Cubelles is a beautiful and peaceful area to stay, right by the beach and free from the trappings of tourism while being near enough to a railway station to catch a train into Barcelona. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the apartment in future.

Beautiful well connected apartment just a short walk away from all the major attractions, but in a peaceful local neighborhood! Stayed here comfortably for a week but could’ve stayed for longer! Mo went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even leaving us snacks and wine! The home was so comfortable with nice additions like blackout blinds, retractable shades, a fully stocked kitchen and very reliable high speed Internet.

We had an great stay! Christopher was friendly and responsive, making check in simple. The location was perfect—close to everything and with an amazing view . I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Superbes vacances entre filles avec accès à la piscine et toutes les commodités alentours. Tranquilité d'esprit pour garer la voiture dans la courre privée et très bon dialogue avec Rosa qui était vraiment très réactive et bienveillante.
