Would definitely come back to this place. Alejandro was a great with communication and helped us navigate our trip! Carla and housekeeping was great! Felt like we were in a fresh clean house the whole stay! Would definitely recommend or come back again!!

Fantastic oasis in the heart of the walled city. The home is close to most main attractions and restaurants, while also being on a quieter street. The live-in housekeeper, Cornelia, is very sweet and an excellent cook! The pool is also a highlight. Would highly recommend this place for any group looking to enhance their trip with a beautiful home.

Un lugar muy limpio y bonito, cuenta con lo necesario para grupos grandes, con 3 habitaciones y baños que facilitan la organizacion y privacidad, cocina 100% funcional, entorno seguro hasta de noche.

La Santisma us exactly what we wanted and more. The breakfast included daily is delicious, the staff is beyond friendly and attention detailed. They were more than accommodating. Kelli was so sweet and cooked us breakfast daily and cleaned our rooms daily and consistently always asked if we needed anything. The staff coordinated our yacht which was amazing, chef/bartender dinner, birthday decorations, food delivery to the Airbnb. Spectacular! 10/10 recommend. Walkable lots to do and always felt safe with Albert the security guard who is always available and goes above and beyond as well! Nothing to complain about! You must stay here! We will be back! We will return with our family to stay in the other part of the home with 6 rooms and a wonderful rooftop with bbq!

Andres er den perfekte vært. Opmærksom, svarer hurtigt og meget hjælpsom. Han kom med gode anbefalinger. Personalet i huset er meget venlige og virkelig dygtige til at lave mad. De hjælper også med indkøb som ellers er ret svært i Playa Blanca. Der er ikke wifi selvom det står i beskrivelsen. Sammen fandt vi alligevel en god løsning, så det ikke var et problem.

We had a pleasant time staying here. Great location inside the wall of Cartagena. 24/7 attendant made it feel safe and it was nice waking up to breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent place in the heart of Getsamani -but still relaxing and quiet at night. The terrace/outdoor kitchen/pool and the sound system was an excellent place to relax and cool off . The bedrooms were all comfortable -3 on the ground 4 and 4 on the 2nd floor . As other guests have stated -there are windows in the room that look right into public areas - I understand the need for the windows to let in natural light -but there is a bit of a privacy issue . Bring something to hang over and you’ll be just fine ! Mery -our host was great -super responsive on What’sApp. We were able to check in several hours early and check out an hour later . They even offered to store my suitcase for a few days past check out while I travel ! Joe -the security guard was just so lovely . The security is a nice touch but we never felt unsafe at any time in the neighborhood or in Cartagena itself . Cristina and the whole housekeeping staff was excellent . Absolutely recommend a stay here !

We had an incredible stay and I can’t speak highly enough about this place! I came with my family—toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between—and it was perfect for all of us. If you’ve been to Cartagena and stayed in the Old City or Bocagrande, you know how hectic the beach can be with constant vendors. This area, by contrast, was peaceful and relaxing. We were able to truly enjoy the beach without interruptions. The complex has a few beautiful pools that were never crowded, making it ideal for our family. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—spacious, clean, and comfortable. With eight of us, it never once felt cramped. A special shoutout to Diana, the housekeeper and chef, who was absolutely lovely and made some of the best meals we had during our trip. It’s about a 20-minute cab ride to the Old City, but totally worth it for the quiet, laid-back vibe when we wanted to unwind. Would absolutely stay here again!

El hotel es hermoso y el personal muy amable, todo está muy cerca, puedes caminar por la ciudad amurallada y disfrutar de todos los restaurantes al rededor. Puedes elegir habitación sin ruido y con balcón con algo de ruido pero es tu elección

Mi experiencia en Hipocampo fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí como en casa gracias a la cálida bienvenida y al impecable servicio del anfitrión. Cada detalle fue cuidadosamente pensado para asegurar una estancia cómoda y relajante. El lugar es simplemente hermoso, limpio y moderno, las habitaciones son divinas y cómodas , la vista espectacular frente al mar. Si me preguntaran dónde hospedarse en Cartagena recomendaría al 100% este lugar.

Pasamos divino!! Rafael (el encargado) junto a su equipo Elsa y Jorge Luis se esmeraron para que tuviéramos una estancia perfecta; siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa excepcional. La cocina es excelente, los tragos también pero en la ausencia de Rafa, el resto del equipo solo saben preparar margaritas (muy ricas). Al check-in nos informaron que la hab que habíamos reservado (grande con vista al jardín) estaba inhabilitada por goteras así que nos dieron otra hab de jardín que estaba bien, pero el baño era pequeño. Luego Rafael nos sorprendió al cambiarnos a una habitación más grande y con vista al mar! La presión de la ducha puede ser baja. Sugerencias:1.recomiendo incluir en la info del anuncio y en los detalles del check-in q las habs están ubicadas en el hostel Cristal Blue Barú al final de la playa al lado del pasa día forrado con la bandera de Colombia en donde están las piedras. 2. A l@s dueñ@s colocar repisas/estantes en el baño, ninguna de las dos habs q tuvimos tenían.

El anfitrion Quique y su mamá Doña Leticia me hizo sentir en casa. Mi cuarto estaba bien ubicada: cerca de la piscina rústica y la cocina del campo. Es una región segura y hay muchos puestos al lado del hostal donde comprar comida para preparar para mis almuerzos. Es más: 5 minutos para cruzar la puente, rentar una sombrilla, sillas, y pasar un día tranquila en Playa Azul. Casa Puerto Vallarta es como estar en la selva: plantas, flores, un lugar campestre. Entre Quique y Doña Leticia no hubo falta de nada: tranquilidad, limpieza, todo hacían para ayudarme acomodar 5 días campestres. Bravo.

Cumple las expectativas. Cerca de todo en Getsemaní y ciudad amurallada.

Olga is absolutely lovely and amazing! The property is stunning and very well staffed. Olga gave us an extremely warm welcome and lined up transportation and activities for us. Our son had a stomach virus while we were there. She and her staff were BEYOND kind, helpful and accommodating. Olga has created a wonderful environment of community with her staff and guests. We cannot say enough good things! She also coordinated a boat tour to the Rosario Islands that was awesome! We would absolutely stay with Olga again, and you should as well!

a Casa Helda é um lugar muito especial que nos recebeu em Cartagena. ficamos poucos dias mas já foi o suficiente para perceber como Lucy e toda a equipe são gentis e cuidam da hospedagem e se preocupam com os hóspedes. o quarto é pode parecer rústico em um primeiro momento, mas é muito aconchegante e o café da manhã no jardim interno é sensacional.

Sebastian is a very accommodating host and always reply’s to any questions. The property was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and cleaning crew were great, they made sure we were fed breakfast and took care of our laundry needs. Lastly, Luis from security was like part of our family. We had a really good relationship with Luis from Security and developed a friendly relationship. He was always there to greet us, open the door, and advised us on how to enjoy the city. The staff made this Airbnb experience excellent. Also the property is walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, and stores. We were very happy of how beautiful the property looked and how well managed it was by the staff.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum... Mit all dem Bambus und den schönen Wandbildern fühlt man sich wie im Paradies... Die große Dachterrasse und die Außenküche laden zum Verweilen ein und man fühlt sich einfach richtig wohl... Von der Unterkunft aus ist man in ein paar Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt, man hat aber trotzdem genug Abstand vom Trubel der Stadt um die Seele baumeln lassen zu können... Luisa ist bisher die herzlichste und beste Gastgeberin die ich auf jahrelangen reisen kennenlernen durfte... Sie macht alles mit ganz viel Herz und Liebe. Man merkt einfach das sie eine ganz tolle Seele hat... Danke danke das wir dich kennenlernen durften... Auf unserem Rückweg wissen wir wo wir wieder unterkommen werden und freuen uns drauf dich wieder zu sehen...

Simple but clean room with great breakfast and wifi. The AC was a lifesaver in hot Cartagena. Location in the heart of old town, but very quiet inside. Everyone was super helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
