Originally a coach house "Avoca", is over one hundred years old. Nowadays, it offers a homely and comfortable base from which to enjoy a peaceful, "old worldly" break away in West Clare. Situated in Carraigaholt village on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way ,"Avoca" is a stones throw from pubs, restaurants, shops, and beach. Dubbed "The Boat House", the building was previously used for housing boating equipment until being converted into a cosy seafront home in 2022. It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.
