Newly renovated cottage in the heart of Evandale.

The two-story cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a generous, well equiped kitchen with dining table overlooking a private garden, as well as laundry facilities and a second WC. Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local pinot on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

One night stays now available May 24 The studio apartment is ideal for short term accommodation or if requiring lodgings for work related visits to Launceston. Cosy, warm and bright. My studio is professionally cleaned and the linen is commercially laundered. Very private with your own entrance, tranquil sunny garden with outdoor sitting area, Smart Tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine ... everything you need. Bread, milk and condiments provided for your breakfast.

Unwind in style at our studio retreat on the banks of the Liffey River, about 15 mins from Launceston & Launceston airport. Our charming 1-bedroom haven features a queen bed, ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee amenities. Take advantage of the shared entertainment facilities, including a games room with a pool table, gym equipment & a washing machine. Linen provided. This large stand alone unit, located in Prospect Vale, shares a 1200sm property with a main house. The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.
