Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

This property provides everything you need to live a high-end lifestyle and build a relationship with the Pacific Ocean. Easy check-in, easy checkout, private garage, impeccably clean and decorated home, high-end finishes and a Host that communicates frequently to ensure an enjoyable stay. As for the ocean…all the beach gear you need, be on the sand in minutes, mist droplets on the screen in the morning and the smell of salt air whenever you want it. This is the perfect location for everything Carlsbad does best and the Host sets the bar high for a truly relaxing experience. I will stay again.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

Beautiful ocean view on top of the cliffs. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Really cute and convenient spot close to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the freeway. Nicole was quick to respond to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Lauren’s home In Del Mar was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, spotless and the location was peaceful and perfect. The entire experience was 100% as Lauren provided everything you would need for the most memorable experience. Her communication from the time of booking, stay and checkout was extremely excellent. I look forward to staying here again and I would highly recommend :)

We had an amazing weekend! The place was very comfortable and clean and we loved the cute neighborhood with fun houses to look at on our walks. Guy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to come back!

Mallorie is a great host and the condo was perfect for our spring break beach vacation. She provided clear instructions for arrival and allowed us to check in early and offered late checkout. The place was clean and comfortable. All around, a great experience.

Our family of 5 (with our adult kids) had a lovely stay at the townhouse in Encinitas. Mike was a great host and the home was just as described. It was well stocked with most everything we needed, very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the evening sunsets from the beach stair decks. The neighborhood community was friendly, quiet and beautifully maintained, and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place for our family and we would definitely stay again the next time we're in town!

What a great place with all the amenities. One block from the beach . Walking distance to Carlsbad village , restaurants, and the beach . Parking in the garage . I highly recommend this place !

What a pleasant stay at a very comfortable AirBnB! We went with a few kids ranging from 2-6 yrs old and really appreciated the amenities provided from the mini crib, to potty seat, high chair, and even eating utensils! Cherie' is a great host and responsive as well. Overall, all of us had an excellent stay, thank you for hosting us!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home in Windansea. It was very clean, spacious, really well equipped and beautifully laid out. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful. It was so peaceful and quiet. And with the ocean just down the road, it made for a really serene and refreshing experience. The location really is sublime! Aaron was very responsive and quick any time we had a question. We would love to stay there again!

The place was fantastic and Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and flexible. The home had an amazing view of the Pacific and was super comfortable to stay in for a week. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well. Perfect location in Leucadia and convenient for everything. We will DEFINITELY rent here again when in this area. Had an amazing stay!!!!!!!!

We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top modern, and everything worked perfectly. Short distance to the Beach, to great Restaurants and to the Supermarkets.

Had a lovely 3 night stay mid-week in April. 4 kids shared the bunk room and 2 couples in the big rooms. Highlights were: 1) access to sandy area for kids to play, 2) the short walk to get down to water at low tide, 3) beautiful window wall, 4) dolphin watching! *Minor* things we didn't love included: 1) beds being a little soft for our taste, 2) it would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with a few non-perishable items (foil, saran wrap, olive oil), and 3) kids in upstairs unit ran around (luckily they are early to bed). Parking was appropriately described as tight, so we parked the SUV on street and the small car in the garage. We didn't find the laundry in the closet outside front door until second day - so glad once we did! We would definitely come back, the Oceanside and Carlsbad area were such a joy and we feel we only scratched the surface.

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena’s place. It was exactly as advertised. We would stay here again. We loved watching the surfers in the mornings while having a cup of coffee on the balcony.

The place was very cute and comfortable. Robin was very easy to communicate with and we were able check in early enough to get ready for the wedding.
