Carlsbad: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Great home base for a couple of days while we explored around Carlsbad. Appreciated that the kitchen had pots, pans, knives, and silverware that were all in good condition. Thank you!

The bathroom is a little small, which was sometimes hard to navigate with three people, and I would have liked a bit stronger water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. Laura and Tom provided clear instructions to check in and out, and were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Our stay was short, but worth every penny.

The place was very nice. We would like to plan a trip there again maybe next year and if it is available, we will stay there again. The couches are comfortable, the master bed which I slept in was so comfortable I fell right to sleep.

This was our home away from home while visiting family in Carlsbad. The home is spotless and felt so warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty towels. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the front porch swing and the backyard patio. Mary Kay and Randy are wonderful hosts. We’ve already booked a return trip!

Would definitely stay there again!!

We actually spent one night in Carlsbad a week prior to our stay at Cha Cha's. We had arrived spur of the moment with no reservation, so stayed last-minute at a hotel. Cha Cha's was cleaner and much cheaper than the hotel! Joelie responded promptly, and that house was so cute and well-decorated. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

Had an awesome stay at West of the Pecos! Very clear instructions. My mom and I came for a mother/daughter weekend of hiking the Guadalupe mountains and seeing the caverns and this was the perfect resting place. Cozy living room for winding down and watching tv with a glass of wine! Shower is small but certainly manageable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Carlsbad!

This place was easy to find, only about 20-30 minutes to Carlsbad caverns. It was close to food and gas. If you’re sound sensitive there was a dog barking all night one night so be aware. The place was clean and comfortable and Sandrine responded quickly with any questions.
