Our Second Floor Nest is Best!

Welcome home! You’ve made it to Island Mountain Arts’ (IMA) Artist-in-Residence building, which we have lovingly come to refer to as The Nest! After housing studies and fundraising, The Nest was acquired in 2014 to host visiting artists and artists-in residence throughout the year. During down-time, the space is rented out to friends like you, who are hoping to discover more of what the wonderful world of Wells can offer. Your stay with us in the Nest supports the Arts in Wells.

Coin laundry facility located onsite for guest use. Please note that the water from the tap is not potable but a complimentary bottle of water is provided for your drinking and cooking use.
