Maryna is an excellent host! She was very responsive when we had an issue with the lockbox, she sent someone there within 10 mins and she also came by to ensure the issue was resolved. The home was really nice, very clean and smelled fresh. On my next visit to Sanford I would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

Easy to find. Clean. Quiet area. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for two people to get ready at once.

Das Haus liegt perfekt zur Erkundung des Kennedy Space Centers. Es gibt einen Garten mit großer Palme :-). Das große Bett hat eine bequeme Matratze. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt genug von allen Verbrauchsutensilien. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht, ist aber ausreichend.

The place was very clean & the beds were super comfortable! We loved the fact that there was available condiments and laundry supplies! The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking a meal!

Great communication and perfect for what we needed for the little ones, 2 and 4. Even though it’s on a main road we didn’t feel it was overly noisy in the home. Would stay again!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

We had a great time at Chely's place! It's a beautiful house, Chely and her family are simply lovely and the surroundings are very idyllic. The place is also very close to the UCF main campus which was very convenient for us:) Would 100% recommend staying here to unwind!

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Place is amazing. Clean and quiet with full kitchen and spacious living room Five stars for sure on this best getaway spot!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.

The host was proactive. The place has direct beach access , steps away from the back porch. The rooms have beach view and loved the ocean view every morning. The pool was great. Place is nice and clean and quiet. We had an amazing family visit and would love to go back.
