Self-contained annexe

Immaculate self contained annexe in a pretty village just outside of Bridgwater. Approximately 10 mins from M5 junction 23 a perfect stop to spend a night or more exploring nearby surroundings, or attending a wedding nearby, or to break up a long journey. Quantock Hills are a 10min drive. Bridgwater train station 20 to 30 mins walk. Walking distance to the town centre, supermarkets and public transport. Adults only. Single or couple, no children, No pets , ( Service animals allowed).

The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

A cosy country retreat, on the edge of the beautiful village of Over Stowey, with stunning views over the Quantock Hills - the perfect location for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors whether in the hills or by the sea, or maybe you’re just looking for a quiet peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The Milking Parlour has been lovingly converted to the highest standards from the old stone dairy barn in 2021/22. We aim to provide a unique and comfortable place for our guests to enjoy.

The cottage studio @ The Priory

Enjoy staying in a charming 18th century grade II listed property. The cottage studio is small, but perfectly formed! Tucked away in the courtyard of our recently renovated Georgian home, it's a perfect self contained studio with all mod cons. You'll notice the outside space is still a work in progress, but we hope you'll enjoy taking the journey with us. We've lots of interesting stories about our four year restoration... and we continue to uncover more challenges, but we're loving it!

The Chauffeur's Quarters - cosy and quirky

Cosy 1 bed conversion of an Edwardian garage in a quiet rural setting only 2 miles from central Taunton and 2 miles to Hestercombe Gardens. Set in the parish of Kingston St Mary, in the foothills of the Quantocks, this quirky home is suited to walkers, cyclists and anyone wanting access to this lovely area. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen and shower room. The beamed sitting room and bedroom are upstairs. There is a sunny private decked area outside next to the property

Nestled here, in the heart of Somerset, seated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the historic, peaceful and quaint village of Nether Stowey. The Cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside walks, the beautiful 'Coleridge Way' and The National Trusts own 'Coleridge Cottage' in celebration of the English Poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

The Annexe at Gramarye House

Unwind at our peaceful, roomy 2-bedroom Annexe in the beautiful Quantocks. Built in the 1820's featuring a living/dining area with log burner, a place to eat and relax. Downstairs a double bedroom with ensuite overlooking a shared garden. The kitchen opens out into a cosy outdoor seating area. Upstairs a large character bedroom, used as super-king or twin bed with ensuite. The Annexe has plenty of space, character, and charm—ideal for a quiet getaway or time with loved ones.

Little Combe

Little Combe is the ideal retreat for anyone seeking a super comfortable hideaway. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burner and look out over the grassland meadow, sprinkled with wild flowers in Spring. Enjoy relaxing in the private terrace, soaking up the morning sun, and then evening drinks lounging at sundown, listening to the meadow stream. On a clear night enjoy the beauty of the star-filled sky, before sinking into the kingsize bed nestled in a cosy nook.

The Roost

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. The Roost is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

The Granary Over Stowey, Bridgwater

The Granary is a delightful detached south facing barn conversion with fabulous views situated in Over Stowey in the foothills of the Quantocks - an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the first designated in the UK.
