The covered deck and hot tub provide direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games

A rustic cottage in the woods situated on a spacious 8-acre property. This three-bedroom, one-bath retreat boasts trails, semi-private pond, boat house, gazebo, canal access to School Section Lake and two docks is available for those who want to enjoy water activities. Indoors, the cottage features a fireplace, multiple tv's, movies, games, puzzles and books, and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs as well as multiple grills. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
