Dornoch Holiday Home near Royal Dornoch Golf

Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

The Hide - off-grid-ish woodland cabin near NC500

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Coastal Cottage

Wester Lonemore is a large, south facing cottage. This cottage enjoys a superb setting, with incredible and far-reaching views across the sea to the hills beyond. Large windows drink in the seascape and ever-changing views of skies and sunrises. The country gardens are a real feature of the cottage, attracting many species, including goldfinch, curlews, oyster catchers, osprey and red kite are seen close by. Surrounded by nature. A short walk down to the secluded sandy bay of Dornoch Sands.

Cairn Pod

Love camping, but looking for something a little more luxurious? Then look no further than Cairn Pod. Situated in a picturesque area of Bonar Bridge Sutherland. Located in the heart of the North Coast 500. (NC500) makes it an ideal accommodation for exploring the Scottish Highlands for a short or long stay. The Armadilla Pod comfortably sleeps two guests which can convert from 2 twin/ 1 double bed. Cairn Pod is equipped to a high standard with private parking and luxury home comforts.

Cosy croft cottage on NC500, Sutherland

Croft cottage, 334 Kinnauld, refurbished in 2021 is situated in the heart of the Highlands, a 5 minute drive from A9 and North Coast 500 route. 50 miles north of the Highland capital Inverness and a 15-minute drive to Dornoch. The perfect stop for those interested in walking, cycling or wildlife. This quiet and tranquil cottage is surrounded by magnificent scenery and wide-open spaces. In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

Ash Mill - Dornoch

On the edge of the historic town of Dornoch, Ash Mill is a modern energy efficient house perfect for families and golfers. Outstanding open plan living is surrounded by huge glass windows overlooking the garden offering lots of indoor and outdoor space. There is a large King master bedroom and 2 spacious twin bedrooms, one of which converts to a super king bed. A large luxurious shower room on the ground floor is next to the master bedroom and an L shaped bath with shower upstairs.

Proncy Chalet, Dornoch, Sutherland IV25 3NA

Situated on a working farm in Sutherland , 5 minutes from Dornoch in heart of the highlands, sleeping up to 4. Easily accessed from the A9 on the popular NC500 route. The chalet is a fantastic base for exploring the Highlands with Dornoch's beautiful long sandy beaches, castles, mountains and numerous golf courses. The chalet has mountain and sea views in all directions. Short drives will give you access to long walks in woods, lovely walks to nearby Lochs. Dog friendly

Drumguish Cottage

Spring is just about here - still some snow on Cairngorm Mountain but the daffodils will soon be out and then spring really begins with the cherry blossom and tiny meadow flowers all around. The long daylight hours in June make the cottage the prefect place for exploring this wonderful region, whether on foot, bike or car. Drumguish Cottage is located in the highlands of Scotland, and the Cairngorm National Park which is 1,748 square miles and larger than Luxembourg.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome.
