Amazing host , answered questions quickly and was very helpful throughout the stay , highly recommended!!

We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

Manpreet’s Airbnb was ideal for our short, girls weekend trip. There were plenty of bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5), the furniture was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the neighbors were quiet and we successfully received the Amazon packages we had delivered. I would stay here again.

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved it. This home exceeds all expectations. We highly recommend this fabulous host and this lovely home. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Kim place was awesome, from description to recommendation to the T…lovable and comfortable place. My family and I were very happy, rooms are very comfortable, quite neighborhood. we were there for a surprise party for a family member and it was our hideout until the party, since she wasn’t expecting to see us in there. Close to restaurant and mall. Near to highway. It did snow, and to our surprise, drive way was cleaned…We would go back anytime, and I also recommend this place…

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.

The building is brand new and the neighbors are very nice.

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

First, Jose is a wonderful host. He had clear instructions on how to navigate throughout the building, what he expected when you visited his home and an open communication line when anything went wrong. The location is beautiful, it’s tucked right between the hustle and bustle of Fishtown, giving you the perfect oasis from the chaos. My favorite part was the rooftop deck, it’s a 360 panoramic view of the entire city, the pool was a bit icy but if you like to cold plunge, it’s definitely for you. There is a Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, Applebees, Wawa and Cold Stone Creamery all in the same vicinity. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and two beautiful windows that also have a view. The entire apartment was clean throughout and I will DEFINITELY be booking again.

Perfect location to stay in if you want to explore Fishtown. It’s only a few blocks from the main thoroughfare, so it’s super walkable. The space was perfect to use as a launchpad to go explore.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely and cozy house. Everything was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Mrs. Angela was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is located in a good area with many establishments nearby.

Stacie not only had a great space to stay in, but was quite the host. She gave great places to go and we had a blast at the places she recommended. I also love her little notes around the space. It really felt like a home. And the neighborhood is great. There were a lot of friendly locals all around in the restaurants and bars. Truly was the best place I could’ve picked for my time in Philly. It made me want to move there.

Great place! Jeffrey is very responsive. We had an issue with one of the doors and he responded immediately and came to fix it within an hour. I would definitely stay here again.

would definitely stay here again. space was super chill and comfy. had a few unfortunate issues but Sam and Summer were hella responsive, understanding, and made every effort to rectify the issues. much appreciation for the ease of communication and quick willingness to find solutions.

Richard was a great host. He provided the key information we needed and was quickly available if we had any questions. We had more than enough room to spread out and be very comfortable. This was a Great Stay and since we have family in the area, we know we will be back and will specifically check for availability with Richard.

Very nice house, well equipped for the long stay of more than a week. Enjoyed the kitchen and the space. House is very welcoming.
