This cozy one-bedroom charmer, part of a lake front 4-plex built in 1959 will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay. You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

You will love the amazing view right on the main channel at Lake of the Ozarks from the 400 square foot deck (40 x 10). Seating includes outdoor bar furniture that seats 5, another table for 4, and a wicker couch seating for 2. The deck also has a mini-fridge, blackstone grill, and sound system to enjoy. The condo has 3 flatscreen tv's, cable and WiFi. Linens, towels, and bathroom supplies provided. Kitchen is equipped w/pots, pans, utensils, coffee, spices and condiments.

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.
