With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

This unique cabin boasts two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms but can accommodate six, perfect for a comfortable escape. A versatile flex space offers additional options, be it a reading/napping nook, yoga space, or lounge space. My renovated cabin is a perfect escape to the serenity of West Sonoma County any time of year, with its small towns and quaint main streets, rolling foothills of vineyards and redwood forests, and the Russian River flowing to the Pacific Ocean. Located just outside Occidental, not too far beyond lie Monte Rio Beach, Guerneville, Sebastopol, wineries, hiking, and the coast. While only 90 min from San Francisco, the cabin feels like a world away, making it an ideal place to unwind & disconnect.

Set beside a waterfall and built literally over a stream, this architecturally significant residence completed in 1961 was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic home of the same name. This bold, eclectic 2000 sqft cabin provides a unique bohemian experience and a spacious calm retreat, ideal for multiple couples or families. The Black Sheep is nestled among the redwoods and perfectly situated for the Russian River (4min), wine tasting (8min), restaurants (10min), and the Armstrong Redwoods preserve. After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!

Built in 1949, we've kept the cabin's rustic charm (the antlers and the moose mount came with the place!), but updated it with modern design and conveniences. Perfect for couples or a family.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
