Que dire à part que cet endroit est juste parfait. Le logement est d'une qualité exceptionnelle pour le prix : très propre, avec du matériel de qualité, une cuisine encore plus équipée que chez moi, un cadre paisible et surtout des hôtes d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avons été conquis par cet endroit et aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps. Nous remercions Neil (ses parents) et sa femme pour nous avoir fais passer un séjour fabuleux. Foncez car c'est bien la première fois qu'on a un logement aussi top aux Philippines !

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

Host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It is exactly what we expected as shown in the pictures or even way better 🙂 it really feels home away from home. They even surprise me with a birthday cake, very thoughtful! Will definitely booked again here.

Ms. Cherie is very accommodating in regards with special request. Would love to go back! House is clean and spacious.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Our family had a great time! The beach is awesome! not a lot of pics in the listing but we loved it! Pristine and clear water! we saw lot of fishes even just few steps away from the shore. Magic and his family are great hosts. They are super responsive, friendly and helpful as well as Kuya Edison. we felt welcomed during our stay. We really loved the place! it is well decorated and well maintained. Hotel quality bed, cold aircon, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the pool too! if it's not NYE, we'll definitely extend our stay.. Looking forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place!

Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

Sobrang saya ng overnight stay namin sa Casa Marisa, San Juan, Batangas! The host was super kind and accommodating. Thanks Ms. Angie! Ang ganda at linis ng place — very homey ang vibes, fully furnished, may complete amenities, at ready na kahit wala ka nang dalhin! May kitchen, malinis na banyo, at sobrang comfy ng beds. Pero ang pinaka-win sa lahat: may libreng bikes na aliw na aliw ang mga pamangkin ko! Paikot-ikot sila buong hapon, tapos nag-setup pa kami ng griller para sa barbecue. Ang saya lang! good vibes, masarap na food, at bonding time with family. Parang ayaw na nga nilang umuwi! Thank you din kay Ate Julie very helpful. 🙏🏻❤️ Highly recommended for families or barkadas na gusto ng relaxing pero enjoy na getaway. Definitely babalik kami!

We came here for an overnight stay with a few friends and the place was just what we needed. Amazing view, 5 min walk from a very quiet beach, enough space in the house for you not to feel cramped if you needed some alone time. 20 min from the port and from Sabang. Ren was also there during the day to assist us if we needed which was so delightful ! Thank you very much for this wonderful stay !! ❤️

The place had all we needed for a relaxing and seamless stay! ❤️ The caretaker's prompt responses were much appreciated! My nephews had such an amazing time here and are so eager to come back! Money and time spent here are definitely justified. I confidently recommend this! 😊

Really had a good experience for Casitas De Amante! Idda was very responsive and helpful from the get-go of our reservation until we checked out. My friends and I were pleased at the place, and already felt relaxed when we arrived. The environment was perfect for the purpose we needed. We see ourselves returning back here when we revisit Laiya. I highly recommended Casitas De Amante if you ever want a small haven in Laiya!

Staying at Ms. Sheryll’s house was the right choice. It’s in a secure subdivision with exclusive beach access and close to public beaches, private resorts, a wet market, and convenience stores. Despite our late arrival, her team welcomed us warmly and with smiles. The house was clean, fresh, and well-maintained—spacious enough for our group of 11. We loved the small pool, especially at night, and the extra shower by the pool was a thoughtful touch to keep the main house dry. It had all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Ms. Sheryll was very helpful and responsive, especially when it came to recommending nearby beaches and hangout spots. Communication with her was smooth throughout our stay. We will surely come back to her house when we get the chance to visit Laiya again!

We really enjoy our stay here. Ms. Joan, sir. Rex and Ate Gagay are very friendly and accommodating. The house, beach, and pool are good. All worth it! 🥰
