The master bath includes a bathtub/shower. A full kitchen with a dining room table that seats 6 and the half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outdoors includes a covered patio, charcoal grill, and gas firepit. If the Rockin' B is booked, please look at our other rentals the Canyon Cabin or Harmony Haven.

Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people with Queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a King size bed in the Master bedroom. The updated kitchen features a coffee bar, ice-maker and all the neccessities for preparing meals. A bonus sun-room offers additional space for gathering with the family during your stay.

The Lake House at the Roost

The Lake House is a great place to stay whether you want to fish, hunt or just relax. The all season sunroom offers great views in winter and summer and adds extra space to gather with family and friends. Close to both east and west boat ramps at Crows Roost area. A propane grill is provided along with covered parking. There is also an enclosed yard in the back for pets.
