The Pearlers Bungalow

The Pearlers Bungalow is located at the front of my property which is an old Pearling Masters Residence set on a very large block with beautiful gardens. It has just finished a major renovation and is very comfortable There is a verandah at the front with a cane lounge suite, day bed and outdoor dining table. It has a separate lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is of the main bedroom and has a washing machine. There is private parking beside the Bungalow behind locked gates.

Built in 2017 this self contained unit, with 2 air conditioners, ceiling fans, and access to swimming pool, is located 5 minutes drive to the best beaches in Broome. It is located in a quiet street with bush views. The apartment is separate to our main home with private driveway and secure gates to the property. Apartment comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with 55" TV, king size bed, rain shower ensuite and separate toilet.
