We had an amazing stay at Steven's house for our annual family trip to Andover! There was plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed in the house as well as plenty of room to visit with the family members who live locally. The house was very clean, well stocked, great location and very responsive hosts. We are looking forward to our next trip and plan to stay here again.

Great place for a larger group! Spacious kitchen and back yard setup! Enjoyed our time and will definitely return!

It was a great place. The ping pong table, chess, and grill were nice bonuses.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. The best little weekend getaway for my husband and I. Laura was very kind and even went out of her way to decorate the space for my husbands birthday. We will be back very very soon !

The cabin had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The grounds were great. Geese watching with goslings, heron, plenty of blue jays and even some cardinals. Went fishing one evening and caught some bass and blue gills. Violently friendly cats would stop by to say hello. The evenings were filled with frogs and crickets chirping. Very quiet and relaxing place. Dawn was very nice and responsive to inquiries.

We had an amazing stay, wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. Beautiful, clean and very peaceful home. I wish we could come to the area more often just to stay again. Can’t say enough good things about it. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Our family of 12 all had a great time. Fishing and kayaking was the all time favorite. Caley was easy to communicate with and was very prompt with a response. The place was so peaceful and beautiful. At times I personally felt I could stay there forever. I am in hopes in the near future that we can all gather again and visit the Chateau on the Flint Hills. Thank you Caley!!

Ed was great, and very helpful. We had another Air B&B fall through at the last minute, and Ed was able to accommodate us very late and and at very little notice, the house is great, clean, nice and the area is very secluded, would definitely book again.
