The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance and a small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway

A double bedroom and a single bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults , travel cot and high chair available for another 4th infant guest. Sorry no pets.

There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.
