Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. ‘The Nest’ is a beautiful one bedroom self-contained annexe attached to our home on the levels in rural Somerset. It was recently decorated in February 2023. The garden room boasts a brand new log burner and has stunning views over the picturesque garden. As well as this there is a cosy snug room with sofabed and SMART tv to enjoy quiet nights in. The bedroom has dual aspect views, with one side looking out to the River Tone and the other on rolling fields where deer often make an appearance.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. The garden has a pond, vegetable area, orchard, children’s play area and outdoor cinema available for our guests to enjoy.
