Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Amazing place to stay with the family! Our kids loved playing on the little beach, and we loved the view from the deck! The house was so lovely - we all commented that we felt right at home the moment we got there. Lindy was so responsive and was happy to accomodate some changes we made to our numbers. This place is the perfect place for a family getaway!

Excelllent Airbnb with everything you could need and a great location

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

My family & I stayed at Gold Coast Hinterland Retreat to attend a family wedding. The house was perfect for a large number, we had plenty of room both inside & out, at no time did we feel cramped or in each others way. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle’s property if you’re planning a Gold Coast get away with a larger group. The description & photos accurately describe the property.

It was a great place for our family to meet for the Easter break and enjoy family time together without the long distance travelling. The home is very spacious, neat, clean, tidy and met all our family requirements. The crystal clear swimming pool and view to the hills certainly was an inviting start to an unwinding and relaxing holiday. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This cottage is perfect! In a central location but tucked away in a quiet little pocket. The garden is beautiful with a swing and fairy garden which the kids loved. The country cottage feel was exactly as described, beautifully styled and comfortable beds. Host is very responsive and friendly, I can’t wait to come back ❤️

Jan and Wayne are such a lovely friendly couple. Very easy to communicate with and nothing was ever a problem. We truly appreciate their help during our stay.

Thank you so much Jo for a lovely weekend getaway. The place is perfect for a retreat, surrounded by lush forrest and with the bottom of a waterfall seen at the end of the property; it was even better than we could have hoped. Jo's communication was great and it made it very easy to check in, and there were numerous little snacks and appliances that were very much appreciated: even marshmallows left for us to roast over the fire pit!! We will absolutely be visiting again, and hopefully for a few extra days too. Thanks again Jo!!

We had an amazing three night getaway at Adrienne's. it was amazing being somewhere so peaceful but so close to everything we needed. The place is all that you see in the post and more. Easy check in and no problems at all through our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront hidden gem property. Tamir was an exceptional host with fantastic communication every step of the way, ensuring all our comfort and needs were met throughout the stay. Checkin was a breeze with clear instructions and the place was beautiful with plenty of surprising extra comforts provided. Our dogs really enjoyed the large back yard and the Jacuzzi was an exceptional bonus! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning and managed to catch a few fish of the easily accessible pontoon. This place was one of the best we’ve stayed at. It far exceeded the description online and felt like a real home from home. It had everything we needed and the barbecue and fire pit meant we could stay in and relax one night. Gail was super helpful and communicative, and the location was really central for a beach stay with lots to do nearby. She even left us a little Easter gift in the fridge. Would definitely recommend booking this place as it’s great value for money.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Britt gave us the warmest welcome upon arrival, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She thoughtfully took care of all the little things to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard view was a highlight—watching kangaroos and turkeys in their natural setting was such a treat. The rooms were nice and cozy. we really appreciated the variety of entertainment options, including books, board games, and a smart TV. For nature lovers, this place is a perfect base—just a 30-minute drive from stunning waterfalls, scenic nature walks, glow worm caves, and more. A big thank you to Britt for the fresh-baked bread and for generously providing snacks, butter, milk, water, and other thoughtful touches. The surprise Easter bunny chocolate and the take-home goodies were such a sweet gesture. Thank you, Britt and family, for making our stay so special and for the lovely send-off. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing cabin in a great location, close to the hustle and bustle of the gold coast but not far from amazing nature like Springbrool

I had the most beautiful and soul-refreshing stay at this retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. Gareth and Amanda have created a truly special space—it felt like stepping into a pocket of calm, where the world slows down and everything around you feels safe and soothing. Every detail was so thoughtful, calming, and filled with care. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and surrounded by stunning nature. The decor, filled with lush plants and earthy touches, added such a grounding and vibrant energy to the space—it was a joy to wake up there each day. The bathhouse was absolutely incredible—such a dreamy, relaxing experience—and the fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and comfort, especially in the evenings. It was the perfect place to slow down, breathe, and just be present. My partner and I had the most lovely time reconnecting and soaking in the serenity. I’m so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this place offered and can’t wait to return.

James' place was amazing, it was a great little getaway, kids loved the horse Sam and the cows Billy and moose. the hot tub was perfect and the view and setting when sitting in it was perfect, would highly recommended this to anyone wanting to get away for a cozy night/weekend away

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this beautiful cabin! The place was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and full of charm. Nestled in a peaceful location, it was the perfect spot to unwind and disconnect. We especially loved the fireplace, the view from the bedroom, and the friendly cows and horses. perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. My husband and I took a staycation here for 2 nights and it was beautiful. We felt right at home and the home had so many small details that we loved! The outdoor bath and view was stunning and such a nice treat. We did a late checkin and unfortunately had a miscommunication with the gate code but it was very quickly resolved and Garth even brought us coffees in the morning for the inconvenience! We will definitely be back to stay here again!
