Our cottage sleeps 5-6 and is nestled in the Cotswold escarpment below Rodborough Common with over 300 acres of open countryside giving dramatic views over Stroud and the Severn Vale. Off the beaten track but only a short walk to Stroud. A great place to stay anytime of the year but with a woodburner it is very cosy in the winter. Only 1.5hrs by train from London. Loads of good walks nearby inc Cotswold Way. Short drives to Bristol, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Highchair,cot, stairgate available.

Charming Cotswolds cottage, near Stroud

The Folly is a detached 19th Century Cotswolds cottage. The cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling, king size bed with Simba mattress and ensuite shower room. Stained glass windows add to the unique style of the Folly. Warm in the winter with underfloor heating and the thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer - a comfortable home from home. There is a 7kW domestic car charger.

Many beautiful dog walks right from the doorstep. Stroud is a market town. Below the western escarpment of the Cotswold Hills, at the meeting point of the Five Valleys, the town is noted for its steep streets. Stroud Farmers Market is a multi-award winning market that runs every Saturday between 9am and 2pm. It specialises in local produce

Charming one bed detached cottage in the Cotswolds

Beautiful 17th Century detached Cotswold stone cottage, renovated and furnished to a high standard, located off a quiet country lane with far reaching views, a parking space and patio area. Private apartment in stunning historic house

Stratford Court is a beautiful Grade II listed home in the heart of the Cotswolds. The tastefully renovated and secluded accommodation is the former Servants' Quarters on the top floor accessed by the original 1600s stone staircase. It really is “Downstairs Upstairs” with two en suite double bedrooms (Hudson & Bridges) and each can be made up with either King Size or Twin beds. This is an idyllic location with stunning views but many amenities and attractions are within walking distance.

The Snug - central village location in Cotswolds

The Snug is a charming stone cottage resting centrally in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire with a cosy gas fire, sleeping two people in one bedroom with a king-size bed. 1 medium sized dog welcome. If you are looking for an escape to the Cotswolds with lots of character, choose The Snug. Within a short walk you will find two wonderful coffee shops, a butcher, post office, convenience store and a great pub. Free onstreet parking is easy to find and just a short distance up the road.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-15 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

We hope to create a calm, friendly and accommodating environment for you to stay in our latest labour of love. Life is peaceful and quite here in our deceptively secluded spot in the hamlet of Watledge, on the Cotswold Way. We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe.
