The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Wir bieten euch mit dem 4-Sterne-Ferienhaus "Brenzblick" ein ganzes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten, Terrasse und Wintergarten, das wir 2018 komplett renoviert und für euch hergerichtet haben. Ihr könnt im Garten grillen, Lagerfeuer machen, vom Garten aus im SUP, Kajak oder Kanu losfahren oder euch im Fluss abkühlen.

O apartamento "Fewo Parkside S4" situa-se em Günzburg e é ideal para umas férias inesquecíveis com os vossos entes queridos. O alojamento, com 45 m², é composto por uma sala de estar, uma cozinha totalmente equipada, um quarto e uma casa de banho, acomodando até 4 pessoas. Entre as comodidades encontram-se Wi-Fi de alta velocidade (adequado para videochamadas), espaço de trabalho para teletrabalho, TV, máquina de lavar roupa, secadora e máquina de lavar loiça.

Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Burgau. Stadtmitte ist in 10 geh Minuten zu erreichen. Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Our house has two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Many beautiful cycle paths along the Danube or the Zusam.
